Today 11/06/24 around 3:30I did a online order my wife went inside the Store to get it and it was a male working with really bad actitud, he did not wanted to help, i also order a bread and it was cold I wanted warm. It was a really bad service, never going back

The barista that took my order was very nice. He was the only one that was friendly and attentive. There was a girl behind the counter that looked at me like she wanted to send me to meet Jesus when I asked about my drink status. There were a few drinks set out on the pick up counter and I just asked if one of them was mine and she just glared at me, didn’t answer. Fun times.

They are excessively slow. Also they have screwed up every drink I have ordered. I have had to show them pictures and tell them what is in some of the drinks. I travel alot for work this is the worst coffee shop I have ever been in.

I swear , this people needs to learn about customer services, they don’t even greet you, you’re in line and they don’t even say “ we’ll be right with you” you standing there like “ what’s going on” and they weren’t even busy at all.
pink hair girl was rude. felt like i was bothering her even though she’s literally on the clock, nobody enjoys working but its not my fault she was at work , i just think her attitude was unnecessary and unwelcoming .
