Customer service was not great. I had to stand at the counter for a while and then ask for help. The workers saw me, but no one helped me until I asked.
Not, the best experience. My order wasn't ready in a timely manner and they told me that I was at the wrong location. I ordered on the app before heading to the location. My drink was missing toppings and I was told that it must have melted off. My order wasn't even prepared until after I arrived so I don't know how it could have melted.

Edit: Gave them another try just now only to receive stale and dried out pumpkin loaf bread. Obviously this location is a skip. Garbage customer service. Should choose more intelligent workers to be honest. 🤷
This place consistently has terrible service. And today was nothing special. Drink was made and Chris just kept walking past it even though my cup was out, lid off, ready for pouring. Then when it did, just poured coffee in my cup without even looking at my modifications. Forgot my caramel drizzle and caramel around the cup that I paid for and didn’t even give me ice in an iced white chocolate mocha. Then when it corrected my drink, it just slammed my cup down, mumbled “here” and scurried off. I know I can’t be the only one who is tired of the terrible service that this place consistently has.

This is the worst coffee drink I've ever had. I had a simple iced latte order. Cashier was rude. Starbucks isn't my favorite, but I definitely expect more from them.

My review is only based on the lunch items. I ordered Jalapeno Chicken Pocket and Spicy Falafel pocket. While the latter had good flavor, the former was phenomenal. I liked the sauce in it. However they both weren't lunch size, more of snacks.

Everything was great but Starbucks please stop doing the video in drive thru. It’s awkward for everyone involved. The point of drive thru is to not have to get out of the car AND not be seen. Pleaseeeee turn it off.

A few of the baristas here are pretty rude. Especially the lady I saw today, she had on a frog bandana and music note shirt, I didn’t catch her name but she was very snippy and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Part of me wanted to leave and go to a different Starbucks because she made me feel very unwelcome, like me simply ordering a drink was inconvenient to her. As I waited for my drinks, I watched her carry the same attitude to other customers as well. Im hoping she was just having an off day and is not normally like this. Next time I will avoid this location :/

I come here all the time. The staff is great, and the store looks lovely. They sometimes do community related things and put them on the windows. It's really neat.

I used to drink coffee at Starbucks regularly, but the company seems to have lost its sense of community. It once thrived as a “third place” for gathering, but that focus has faded over time. However, the employees at this location are working hard to create a welcoming space for people to connect and enjoy good coffee. I feel that Starbucks is returning to its roots, which is a welcome change.
Coffee shops used to be a central part of any community, and it’s time to bring that back.
