Why are there only two employees working here? They were absolutely slammed. And although the two workers were hustling and as efficient as could be expected, I was disturbed. I’ve never seen a Starbucks so understaffed. Whoever the regional manager is for this location should be fired.

Ok so I go to starbucks daily. This one is close to work. But today will be my last day going. The staff is very very rude and will have a lot of people standing there. It's like we are invisible. The most unfriendly staff I've ever encountered at any starbucks EVER. Usually I have a great experience at starbucks. But this location is always unfriendly and clearly don't want to be there. I know it's stressful but omggg you guys are making it a habit. So I'll just stop going here.

Manager just stands around not helping when they have 10+ people waiting for coffee. Everyone just talking with their hands instead of talking while working it’s only one or the other. Literally 40 min of an hour lunch spent waiting. Starbucks is losing it here. Should never take 39 min for a drink. Just 1

This location constantly gets orders wrong. Either missing drinks, incorrect drinks, even cold drinks that are suppose to be hot. The employees always seem pissed off and are not friendly. This is a everyday for this location.

Won't be coming here again. I ordered the double smocked bacon and caramel ribbon crunch with an extra shot. Several people that ordered after me, received their orders before I did. Felt like I waited a good 15-20 min's before I received my drink, which is weird because at different locations when I order through the drive thru, it takes nothing but a minute. I would suggest going somewhere else

I wanted to share my experience this morning. The man cashiering today turned my day around. I'm getting ready to go to a funeral this weekend and then I get news that another family member passed away. He could tell I was having a tough day and was so friendly and sincere. He made me smile and restored my faith in good service and amazing human beings. Thank you and I hope God blesses him

This store puts the "STAR" in Starbucks with coffee and service so good it had me seeing stars. Not to mention every single employee there is a star in their own way. Mmmm
One of the employees by the name of reggie was acting like he didn’t really listen and I had to repeat myself like 3 times, you can tell by it’s face that he was having a bad day..
