We ordered a couple of drinks, one was their new summer chillers, with the boba pearls. A grande was ordered, and we received it with a lid that didn't accomodate the boba straw. Went back when we realized it wasn't correct. The solution was to pour it into a venti cup, so the presentation and solution seemed inadequate. Only because they charge $7.00 a drink. I recommend any 151 coffee shop.

How is it, that you have a sign posted, stating spend over $ 25 and get $5 bucks off! I spent over $60, which included $50 gift card, the clerk said the gift card doesn't count! The sign didn't say it! Guess I will find a new place for coffee
Overpriced coffee with Seattle beliefs. The coffee is good, but I avoid this place when I can.
I didn't go to Starbucks. I went to Tom Thumb. I do not patronize businesses with obvious liberal leanings!
Not great - drinks were not as ordered, no sugar free syrup (or at least told so) and the employee at the window was not that friendly (talking badly about us/order within our hearing)
Friendly baristas. Patient even though we had to work together to hear each other over lawn crew. ??
I had a problem with my birthday coupon but I am thankful for the barista here who provided excellent customer service! Also, the regular patrons were very friendly, it was cool witnessing different cultures engage in conversation over a cup of joe.

Some baristas over charge and don't listen to your order, just ring up whatever is closest to what you said.
Maybe I’m new to this whole Starbucks thing.. like you have to order before you get there either by app or calling in? Very poor customer service today when I went in there was only one other customer sitting down and looks like he had his drink already, the barrister was at the counter talking to another lady (Tom Thumb employee). I didn’t want to be rude so I waited my turn. Once the employee left, the barrister made eye contact then walked away and started to clean, no “welcome” no “hi”...I would’ve understood if she had to do something before taking my order but in the 10 minutes I was standing there (not including the time she was talking to the employee) not once did she acknowledge me, all she had to say was “be right with you”, “sorry we’re closed for the day”, “we’re not taking orders right now” ...I mean anything was better than nothing. Maybe I was supposed to wave, sing or clap for attention? Not sure but I finally just decided to walk away b’se I surely didn’t want to order coffee with a side of rude. Not coming back to this location.
