This location never gets the order correct. Items constantly being left off for delivery orders yet they don’t bother to adjust the bill. Asked for avocado on a veggie sub they leave it off, ask for double meat never do it, constantly don’t include sides like pretzels, cookies etc. you call to try and make it right and they give attitude or tell they don’t have something. Well if you don’t have it then call me or adjust my bill they clearly are hoping I won’t complain and they can overcharge you

I ordered on the app after 15 minutes the store called to let me know they were out of the bread I ordered. I arrived at the store 10 minutes later and got ignored when I said I had a mobile order. The girl working was making food for her and her people then just after making her food. The app said it was ready when I arrived but the ordered hadn't even been made. I was on a 30 minutes lunch it took almost an hour for me to get my food. I will not ge returning

Subway food is, well subway food but the two that helped me today (Her name started with an F? And I believe the others name was Cee?) were both great and the best service I’ve seen at a subway. They spoiled me with black olives, thank yall!

I live 5 mins away from the store. I called the store to make sure they were open, the employee told me they close at 10p.m. I got there at 9:45p.m. Me and another customer were told they were already closed. Poor customer service...

Wanted something quick to eat and stopped by here. The staff is SUPER friendly and even gave me extra toppings to make sure I got everything I wanted. Very satisfied with the food it was delicious and the service was phenomenal. Will definitely be coming back.

The service gets worse and worse each time I get food from here. I set a time for pick up and the food is still frozen cold. They were in the middle of making it and when I received it, it was really cold still. The wrapping was not done correctly there were cuts in the wrapping which made the sandwich fall out onto my work clothes. The sandwich was prepared very poorly as the toppings were just on the sandwich not in the sandwich so everything fell out first bite. They were more busy talking to eachother rather than working. Stop hiring kids with no customer service experience
Never seen a subway like this before. As soon as i walked in he started complaining about his job and straight up said idk when i would be able to help u, it was an online orderHe didnt stop mumbling
