It’s very good in many ways, and pretty bad in other ways. Guobaorou is the best I had near DFW, but that’s simply because there’s no good Guobaorou in DFW. Crispy, sour and sweet balanced, though pork is too thin for me. Yuxiangrousi is way too sweet. Did the cook break the sugar bottle?
