Very clean environment...
Very nice staff
99% of the time I have cookies delivered. They always arrive on-time. Went in the other day to get a free ice cream sandwich, since they were free that day for rewards members, and the staff was amazing.

Got an online coupon to try this shop. Everything turned out wonderfully, the cookies were still nice and warm when I picked them up. Would definitely try different cookies next time when I'm in the neighborhood.

Didn't have a great experience with the manager Kloe she seems to have a hard time showing empathy to the customer.
I'm going to rethink before ordering more cookies there based on how she treated me today
It's really puzzling to me because I've always hard great customer service there .
From all the other mangers .
I hope this was just a bad moment for her .
Cause I'd hate to stop using there services moving forward ..
