Didn't have a great experience with the manager Kloe she seems to have a hard time showing empathy to the customer.
I'm going to rethink before ordering more cookies there based on how she treated me today

It's really puzzling to me because I've always hard great customer service there .
From all the other mangers .

I hope this was just a bad moment for her .
Cause I'd hate to stop using there services moving forward ..

7/18/24...12:15 To the idiot delivery woman, driving a Tiff's Treat suv, in the Hurst/North Richland Hills, TX area...... Ya, freaking DON'T just stop on 183, 2 lanes over from the Precinct exit!!! To get off at that exit!!! Someone, will slam in to ya next time!! The 3 cars in front of me almost hit ya!!! I almost got slammed by a semi!!!!!! Evidently, ya think you're special and don't want to wait in the proper right lane, to get off at your exit!!! If ya don't want your business to get reviewed. Then don't drive an advertised vehicle!!!!!!!!!!

Not sure if my complaint is about this specific location(i googled the closest one to where the incident occured)or not but a delivery driver with license plate number rxb2294 just flew past us clearly exceeding the speed limit and cut us off entirely so that they could cross multiple lanes of traffic almost causing 2 seperate accidents , one of which involving me and my child. I had to come to almost a complete stop as well as the people next to us. They also chose not to even use their blinker and once in the turning lane were ahead of the line that u should be back behind while waiting to turn bc they came up to the light to fast. I could not tell if it was a male or female but they had glasses on for sure. This happened on precint line around 7:30ish pm today(7-16-24) I immediately called to complain once I got home but was told I had to wait 20-30 mins to talk to someone else about it. I have a prior obligation that makes that difficult for me tonight so I am opting to leave a review instead.

I am a huge fan of Tiff’s Treats but unfortunately this location completely messed up my family’s order—was supposed to have a dozen oatmeal chocolate chip and peanut butter chocolate chip cookies, but when we opened the box there was nothing but oatmeal raisin. Unfortunately, we were already home by the time we opened the box and learned of their mistake.

Hey tiffs treats. Don’t have your drivers ring on door bells at 8pm.

Your driver woke up my sleeping child. Thanks.

5 Stars: "A Quacking Good Time at Tiff's Treats with Mitch!"

This Halloween, Tiff's Treats truly outdid themselves, providing the perfect backdrop for a spectacle that was as sweet as their cookies. Our dear friend Mitch, who found himself on the losing another bet, waddled in dressed as the one and only Donald Duck. His outfit was hilariously over-the-top, with a fluffy white downy bottom, a vivid blue sailor shirt topped with a fire-engine red bow tie, ridiculous yellow tights and comically large, webbed yellow feet that slapped the floor with each step.

The sight of Mitch, trying to maintain his dignity while fully decked out in duck regalia, was nothing short of hilarious. He was definitely embarrassed to be seen in public dressed like this!
The staff at Tiff's Treats played their part to perfection, welcoming him with open arms and a twinkle in their eyes. They celebrated his goofy getup, ensuring he was the center of attention and even sweeter than the treats on display.

As he waddled around the store, guests couldn't help but pause their indulgent treat tasting to join in on the fun. Mitch may have been the butt of the joke, but he was a great sport, and his cheerful spirit was infectious.

By the time he left, there were whispers and hopes among the staff and patrons alike that Mitch come again!

Tiff's Treats, with their warm, freshly-baked cookies and even warmer service, have made it clear: they can't wait to see our beloved Donald Duck look-alike waddle through their doors again.

On a bustling Halloween day, Tiff's Treats was graced with the presence of a guest who was both out of place and entirely on point for the spooky festivities. Mitch, who had lost a bet with the stakes higher than any cookie stack at Tiff's, sauntered in wearing the most elaborate and comical Donald Duck costume imaginable. Every detail, from the oversized yellow feet that flapped comically on the tile, to the fluffy, snow-white bottom that wobbled as he moved, and the bright blue sailor shirt with a popping red bow tie, screamed of a dedication to the character that could only come from the lighthearted despair of a lost wager. The beak, perched above a smile that couldn't decide whether it was embarrassed or entertained, completed the ensemble, making Mitch an unforgettable addition to the Halloween scenery. The staff at Tiff's Treats were as warm and welcoming as the cookies they served, offering chuckles and grins as they handed Mitch his cookie order. Patrons found themselves caught between the irresistible aroma of baked goods and the hilariously peculiar sight of an adult man channeling one of Disney's most beloved characters. TripAdvisor readers, if you ever find yourself at Tiff's Treats, maybe you'll be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of Mitch's Donald Duck, or perhaps another persona. One thing is certain: the staff at Tiff's Treats are always ready to welcome anyone, in costume or not, with open arms and delicious treats. And as for Mitch, here's hoping his webbed feet waddle back for more!

When you walk in, you can see right into the back of the store. So seeing 2 young ladies who look annoyed at my existence when I walk in is pretty frustrating. It was somewhat saved by nice younger guy who asked me about my day. I was leaving for a business trip and picked up a gift for my colleagues, he looked genuinely interested and we talked for a bit. I got some extras for my family since they dropped me off at the airport. The order was alright I guess, although somewhat underdone, but to see 2 people roll their eyes and act like they were annoyed to see me soured the experience. I won't be ordering from this location again.

I was so happy to see a place near me on the “ too good to go” app. This place was beyond my expectations. So delicious and affordable for my big family. We all enjoyed a treat and will definitely be back. ?
