Tropical Smoothie for the win! Our Softball team was traveling for a playoff game and wanted tropical smoothie for their pregame meal. The manager was able to take a their orders and have everything ready to accommodate a large group of hungry girls and coaches. Everything went smoothly and the food was great. Is it a coincidence we had a great game and won after this pre-game meal? I think not! Thank you Tropical Smoothie!
The management and staff here have always gone above and beyond here. The manager clearly cares which isn't always common. Very refreshing and makes us feel great about coming here! My husband picked up a display board off the ground outside and we were thanked for that, I don't think most workers most places wouldn't even notice let alone care.Vegetarian options: The menu isn't as big as a sit down service restaurant but they have a decent amount of vegetarian options considering! I love the Hummus wrap and the new acai bowl, definitely going to try more options!

Edited 03.09.2024Wow. It's gotten worse. Stood at the front for over 10 minutes for a delivery order. Watched what appeared to be the manager play with a burrito like a lightsaber. To top it off, neither of the women making the smoothies were wearing gloves. Even when dealing with peanut butter, which is a known allergen. Wow.---------There are pros and cons to this location, as there is to everything. Let's hit pros first, so as to start on a happy note. They keep the front and restrooms clean, which is a HUGE plus. Everything is organized and visible, so that also helps. Now, cons. They never take their time with your order, especially if they are in a rush. I watched them make the smoothies, most of the food they use to make the smoothies are NOT fresh, as they claim. I watched as a manager told an employee to keep a piece of food that had contamination on it, and it was used for a customer! Utterly disgusted. The management was very hard on the crew during rushes, even when they were doing their best.All in all, it truly isn't a bad place, the food does taste good, but I would not recommend it.

Smoothie are good. Service was terrible. Waited in drive thru behind one person for 15 minutes for my pick up order. Went inside and 3 employees were just standing around talking.

Terrible!! Customer service sucked!! I ordered a wrap WITHOUT tomatoes(i’m allergic) and I still received them.. Highly upset about this.. And on top of that they failed to give me my side with my order.. & overall very rude. Will take my business to another location.
