I learned a few years ago that when the French occupied Vietnam, they taught the Vietnamese their making techniques and recipes. So the Vietnamese not only have amazing cuisine on their own, but they have incredible bakeries.

Love this little local French bakery. Everything I’ve tried is delicious. I recommend the ham & cheese croissant or the chocolate croissant made with real European chocolate. Great lunch spot as well. Their cakes are absolutely beautiful.
