Sucks unless is normal hours
As a frequent whataburger flyer this has been by far the worst experience I have ever had. We ordered at 7:52 and it was after 8:15 when before we got our food we had to go up there and ask about it. To make matters worse an employee received their food within of ordering after ordering almost 10 minutes after us. When asking about our food people kept walking by like they didn’t even see me didn’t even ask if I needed anything and finally I stop the person taking orders to cars and ask how much longer my order will be and the manager with his back towards me goes we are just waiting on fries didn’t even turn to acknowledge me. I also don’t understand how we could have been waiting on fries when part of the fries were burnt some were soggy. Later when we finally got our food went and asked for ketchup and expressed how frustrated we were they asked if we were in drive thru or inside it shouldn’t make a difference regardless waiting almost 30 minutes for food at a place like this is ridiculous. As someone who work in customer service this is unacceptable and hope you will do better.

Typical Whataburger. 99% of the time you get exactly what you order. This was one such time. Used the app to order a Monterey Melt Whatameal and got exactly that.

Just literally tried to bite into this (heavy on the TRIED as you can see), and my permanent retainer almost came out. I’m not one to complain unless it’s bad, but this could’ve genuinely been expensive, and it did hurt. Screw that, go to the one off of airport freeway. Genuinely you guys couldn’t tell this wasn’t edible?? Even without a retainer? It’s a biscuit, there’s no way in hell that should be possible. It is ROCK SOLID. Had to throw it away.

Ruined our meal yesterday.
Was it so hard to brew the coffee after we'd order our food ffs ?
After you handed us our food after we'd waited, then informed us that the coffee would need to be brewed , didn't understand that by the time the coffee was ready , food would be cold .

Burger order with NO CHEESE, came out WITH CHEESE. My friend didn't want to go back in line as they were busy. So instead, she picked the cheese off. Quite a few dirty tables too
Parking: If handicapped, you probably won't find a spot. NonDisabled park in handicap. Go during off peak times

I ordered on line for crub side pickup and I waited 22 minutes to get my order. I will not recommend anyone to go to there.

Standing in line for what seems like forever as one employee rings up another for employee discount and then continues to chit chat. While standing there I notice the burger line is very dirty and none of the burgers are placed on paper as they go along. When placing my order I talked with manager and she told me some employees are trained differently. There guacamole on Texas toast next to burgers, Texas toast makes a butter slick. I would call this a health code violation. Tried to take survey on line and whataburger doesn't do surveys anymore. Not impressed whataburger.

I ordered a pattymelt with no onions, they gave me a pattymelt “with” onions, I had them remake my burger and I got a pattymelt with a beard hair in it, I had them remake it again, don’t get mad at me because yall can’t follow directions, look out for the manager at night, shes also the chef and i know for sure she put that hair in my sandwich on purpose, u gonna end up ticking off the wrong person

Taking a bite into my food with hair in it is disgusting!!!! I reached out to management and the corporate office and only got this response attached in the photo. When speaking with the corporate office, they promised to follow up to provide a better solution and never responded. It was extremely inconvenient to not only have this horrible experience but required to come back to get a refund with no additional offerings. I will never eat at this location again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

Took over an hour to get my curbside pick up order out to the car. This is the norm and my order is wrong about half the time. I have gone to get my order before because I sat there for so long. They genuinely forgot about me. My order was sitting on the counter and cold

Went through the drive thru. Really pleasant order taker who helped us with a complicated order. Our 2 special needs boys were taken care of in a really nice way. Both the boys Mom and Grandpa appreciated it. Not much atmosphere in the driveway.

PLEASE USE YOUR EYES TO LOOK TO PACKAGE ORDERS! THATS WHAT THEYRE FOR. PLEASE GIVE ME ITEMS I PAID FOR. LIKE PLEASE PUT THEM IN THE BAG.My roommates and I always ask if everything's in the bag and always joke it's not. We have missed entrees, desserts, sauces we paid for, its consistent over the span of a year. It's literally comical, ive probably spent a paycheck on what I haven't received in my bag.
