came to eat here the other day, my food was absolutely garbage. my fries were not seasoned well and i could tell because i used to work for wingstop and saw the fry lady only using one bowl when you’re supposed to use two, one for regular season and a second one for cajun. i ordered the cajun and only a few of my fries were seasoned meaning she only put seasoning on top. not to mention that my boneless wings were old and i could tell because my order got out earlier than the usual time and they weren’t hot at all. they were literally room temperature. i wouldn’t recommend coming here, even when slow they don’t take the time to make sure your food comes out alright.

Came here two weeks ago and I decided to give wingstop one more try after gaining food poisoning twice from two different locations of wingstop so I’d give another location a try and this one really outdid themselves! Service and food were amazing and the staff really were so friendly and attentive! Gonna come here again!

I decided to give Wingstop another try after months of not eating there because my last experience wasn’t great (the food was burnt). Unfortunately, this visit reminded me why I STOPPED going.
When I called about my online order to request all flats, I was told they couldn’t do it. I asked to speak to the manager, thinking I could just pay the difference when I picked it up, but instead I kept getting “unfortunately” as a response. The manager, Brandon, told me my only option was to cancel my entire order, wait for a refund, and reorder just to add $7 for all flats.
When I tried explaining how inconvenient that was, I was told I was being “hostile.” All I wanted was for someone to work with me and provide decent customer service. (This came from their Manger ?!??!)
This experience reminded me exactly why we don’t eat at Wingstop anymore—especially this location. Terrible customer service and no effort to meet customers halfway.

This is the WORST wing stop I’ve ever had no joke. I went yesterday and today and my wings has absolutely NO SAUCE. I’ve only been going to this specific one for 2 days on my lunch break because it’s close. Yesterday I thought it may have been a mistake, but today TWICE IN A ROW. Mind you I’m pregnant so I’m very upset that they are giving me dry food when I’ve never been to a wing stop with DRY dessert wing. This is honestly upsetting I tried to go back a second time even asked for extra sauce when placing my order. If there is anything wing stop close to you don’t go here, if your a pregnant girl craving wing stop don’t go here or you’ll want to throw the food in their face. Hot honey rub and hot mild. Worse wing stop ever.

Their different flavors of Chicken wings are the most popular that makes people come to this place. We definitely recommend classic Bone-In Mango Habanero, and Korean Barbecue. But we don’t recommend their boneless wings because it’s taste so awful. Don’t order boneless wings because you will find out it’s a waste of your money. Their prices went up so much.

I don’t normally write reviews and I’ve been in food service so I try to be nice. But avoid this wingstop at all costs. Order was placed 2 hours in advance and wasn’t ready for 20 minutes after pickup time. I asked if there was a manager on duty and the cashier said he wasn’t there. Idk if that real but what was real was the crappy service and late food. If you do order here, set time 30 minutes before you get there so it’s fresh. I would rate zero stars if I could . AVOID!!! 😊
