I MUST SAY LUIS HAS ONE OF THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS OF ALL TIME! FRIENDLY, NICE, JUST OVERALL EXCEPTIONAL!! FABULOUS ATTITUDE AND GREAT PRESENTATION TO CUSTOMERS! HE CATERS TO HIS CUSTOMERS! HE TOOK CARE OF US FOR A WAIT ON OUR FOOD! THE FRIES WERE ABSURD! HOT AND SEASONED PERFECTLY!! TO WERE ME AND MY WIFE ORDERED MORE AND HE BROUGHT THEM TO OUR TABLE! SAME HOT AND SEASONED TO GREATNESS! THE GENERAL MANAGER NEEDS TO SEE THIS AND HE SHALL BE RECOGNIZED GREATLY! THIS IS WHY THIS IS THE ONLY LOCATION ME AND MY WIFE COME TO!

Oscar and Luis the general manager took care of me today. I completely got my order wrong and they were willing to help me and correct it even though it was my fault. That says a lot on how he runs his store and how willing his staff is to help.
I recommend coming to this location if you want to have a great experience! I definitely will be returning! Thank you

I used to order here all the time, but after 3 times of wrong orders. This last time I paid 15.86 for an order and I’m missing fries out my order. Then you get mad because they outsource to door dash, and they don’t do anything , but let people steal your food or either not give what’s ordered. Then the black Manager she is just down right asinine. I hate when people get a little bit of power over some chicken wings and fries they do the most! who wants to eat out of somewhere people tamper with your food, and don’t offer a refund for messing up. Just ridiculous. I normally don’t get pissed about food, but no. Horrible be careful. I’m more appalled that there is no recourse for theft of food, and them tampering with your food on top of it. Just nasty! 🤮

On July 21, 2025, at 5:10 p.m., I was verbally assaulted by one of the Hispanic employees. I drive for Uber on my days off. I went to pick up an order and as I was about to leave, this employee approached me and made offensive comments about my clothing. Not satisfied with that, some female colleagues started laughing. I just watched them without saying anything. The employee told me he was sorry and asked me to forgive him, to which I responded no.
How is it possible for an employee to make offensive comments of this nature? Even worse, I would accept that it was my mistake for dressing inappropriately in a certain place, but that wasn't the case.
I hope that person doesn't continue making those types of comments.
