Upon arrival at 12 on Sunday, what appeared to be a regular made a rude comment about "the love shack" as we got out of our vehicle. Once inside, there was 1 booth of customers and 2 people at the bar. The bartender was very polite and courteous. We ordered a BLT for $11.99 & a Turkey/Bacon/Avocado sandwich for $13.99 both with fries. The BLT had 2 slices of bacon that were shrunk to look like 1 and the other sandwich had plenty of turkey, tomato and avocado with 1 slice of bacon cut in half. Neither of these sandwiches were restaurant quality. We really believe the kitchen was out of bacon and just didn't want to tell us. Again, the cook/waiter was cordial and the bartender was very attentive. The French fries were seasoned well but the ketchup was empty. This was our first time there, and we were not impressed.

First time going in Witten's terrible decision. We sat down and waited for our server. She was not informative about the menu. We asked about the menu online and her reply was it is not updated. Our waitress was m.i.a so I went to the bar asked for a beer bartender asked who my waitress was. I didn't know her name she said she would have her bring me a drink. Well when she came I asked for the check paid and left my untouched food. Staff definitely needs to be retrained customers aren't a given their earned with great customer service. I took my business elsewhere where we felt appreciated. That was my experience at Wittens.
