This place was so dirty, the floors, the walls, the doors everything. Pet hair was flying around as well as it was on the floor. Yogurt was good but no way is it sanitary. The walls with plastic I could see gunk smeared on it and dust on them. The floors were so dirty like they hadn’t been swept or mopped in a few days. Tables, chairs, counters, honestly everything…. I understand there are kids but this isn’t clean at all.

The place was clean when I went. Toppings were good. There wasn't anyone at the counter for about 5 minutes so I had to wait to check out, but it didn't affect the quality of the froyo.

This place isn’t the best yogurt place we’ve been to. And certainly not the worst. It was a good 4-star rated yogurt place. The selection was good although the yogurt was too soft. It was more like Ice Milk. They also didn’t have any sugar free yogurts available. That could have been due to two of the machines were down. Would I come back? Yes. So I guess that’s me recommending this location.

As I opened the car door. my face pure joy, exited to get so frozen yogurt. Ive never been here but I expected nothing bad. We went to the restroom at first. Why is it only a women's and unisex restroom. Seemed to find that sexist. My wife going into the restroom while I was going into the other and i stopped in my tracks and saw the most horrendous scene of my life. I expected a clean restroom but I got a toilet with lots of s*** smeared all over the seat. So nasty!!!!!!!! So I was forced to hold my my bladder. Then we proceeded to get the yogurt I expected pure beaut flavor but I got the complete opposite. the yogurt was bitter and old and the Carmel seemed like it sitting there for months untouched and open. I recommend not coming here at all. I should get my money back.

Hours online said they close at 9pm on Saturday. I pulled up at 8:45. I could see a worker, but all the lights had already been turned off. Wish I hadn’t rushed up there.

I have been a loyal customer of this establishment for many years, but my recent visit was quite disappointing. Despite being the only customers in the store on a Monday evening, the counter was left uncleaned by the two teenage workers. This lack of attention to hygiene and cleanliness suggests a lack of care by the owners or inadequate training of the employees. I regret to say that this experience has left a negative impression on me and I will not be returning to spend my money there again.
