French fries tasted like they had been reheated in the microwave, no salt at all. Burger was not great either. One of the worst burger kings I've been to.

I had went there to get breakfast and their sausage patties stink. Never again. It was not fresh. Please check your food before you leave. If it stinks ask for your money back. It’s was rancid.

Arrived to pick up a uber eats order & the store gave it away to someone without having them confirm the order. Basically allowing them to steal the order. I had to contact uber customer service & cancel the order on my end which penalized me.
Breakfast was over so they couldn’t remake nor repurchase order.

Yes driver and the customer themselves can come in and steal food if these are not confirmed in the app.

Their was a blonde hair in my food I bought it at 10:55 or so and I started eating my burger and I hate a hair it’s disgusting and not healthy Burger King should fire everyone in this location and get new staff with hair nets and be more cautious and have better service

I recently visited this Burger King location for lunch and was very disappointed with the overall experience. While trying to enjoy my meal, I noticed a homeless individual sleeping in the dining area. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere for customers who were there to eat.

I brought the issue to the attention of the manager, but she showed no concern or interest in addressing it. Her lack of response made it clear that maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for paying customers wasn’t a priority.

I understand that some situations require compassion, but there should also be a standard for cleanliness, safety, and customer service. Sadly, this location fell short on all three during my visit.

My son was exited for the Naruto collab and we asked if they still had it and they said yes but when we got home they gave us a random toy and not a Naruto one but the food was still good.

I’ll go there online google domain states that they are open till midnight and there’s a car parked outside. There’s no service at the drive-through window at 10:51 PM. I waited for approximately 20 minutes, not including the time spent at the order window which no one answered the speaker either
They’re not gonna have service I need to change their online advertisement of being open till midnight

This location is by far the lowest of the lowest standards. I walked in and asked a fellow costumer if he was in line to order. Mind you a veteran and he stayed that Noone even acknowledged him. I waited 5 minutes and the same thing happened to me. So I left, sad service to not even acknowledge a veteran at a establishment like this. I will not be going to BK any more. And it used to be my favorite. Do better BK. Especially if you see a Vietnam vet. You sUck BK
