“Update: I went back and the have since received excellent and quick service. The food has always been good. I'm glad I decided to go back.Food is average at best. There aren't many choices in this area.Atmosphere is basic but the place is usually clean. TV is usually a bit loud but for the space and intended audience the atmosphere is fine.The problem is the service. I sat down in middle of the place to be served. It wasn't very busy. There were two other tables, one of which already had their food. I sat for several minutes and saw people that came after me that were served.I left. I left because it was obvious that I wasn't respected enough to be served. Shortly after leaving I called to let them know about what I just experienced. They hung up on me. I called back and the guy that answered was very rude. There was no solution reached. I've visited here at least a dozen times over the past year [they just recently opened] but I will never go back.”

“Not the cleanest atmosphere but guarantee the best old fashion burger anywhere in Dallas. I’ve been eating here for over 15 years and they’re still the best.”

“I have loved Carl's Jr for YEARS but they closed our location so we had to venture out to find one. WHAT A GEM this one turned out to be. The food seemed fresher. There was a line when we got in there but the women working the counter and the food line were AWESOME!! I HAD to get their names because I wanted to make sure their bosses knew just how great they were. Vivian and Kia were SO nice. They were very pleasant to everybody in the line. They were FAST with getting all the food together. When one was busy doing one thing, the other picked up and served the people. Nobody waited long and like I said the food was fresh! I will definitely be back even though we did find one closer to our home. The customer service of these ladies are well worth the drive!”

“This Burger King is always super clean, the food is always good, and the people who work here are always nice. They couldn’t do a better job. All Burger Kings are not created equal, and this is the best of them. Most all McDonalds, and even some Chick-fil-As don’t match up to this location.”

“WOW!!!!!This place is a amazing hidden secret in Downtown Dallas that you have to try. The atmosphere is soothing and the service is above everywhere around Dallas.Now the food is on a whole nee level. Every dish we had was presented well and the taste made you want to keep eating and have everyone else at the table try it so they could be blessed too.Now for the highlight of the night was Kenzie and Daniel, our wait staff. They were so pleasant, knee the menu, and were willing to give advice on the different items. I will come back, simply to see them again.”

This is one of the rare times I ate an appetizer, a main course, and a dessert, and completely finished it without taking any leftovers, it was that good. Slight kick from the Sriracha Aioli! And very thankful for the greens to balance it out!Variety of drinks to choose from but very thankful for the mocktails! I had the Hibiscus No-Jito! The zing from the ginger beer, with a sweet and sour after taste from the Hibiscus and the lingering mint to finish it off! Definitely trying the Texas Sunset next time!Flair was so helpful with the menu and Laura on top always running back and fourth attending all guests but keep a smile on her face! “Truly great omokase experience. Presentation and atmosphere of the dining area and lobby are pristine. You feel the focus is on the chef as he prepares your food. The sushi rice is some of the best I've ever had as well as the entire menu selection for the night. Would highly recommend as a go to sushi spot for a special occasion.”
