Very horrible staff the manager supposedly on the shift her name is Jennifer Perez I was not the first one but the second one that they turned away saying they did not have our order the teenagers that were there tonight at 9:16 were very rude at the window I even overheard them saying that they are keeping peoples meals when they order a mobile saying that they did not receive it. We live in Hutchins, Texas. Popeyes ia one of my favorite places to eat. NOT THIS ONE! In all the time it has been open we have yet to get an order that is correct.
Dinner tonight consisted of Popeyes chicken spicy sandwich. Combo. No sauce on the sandwich, fries. old and cold. Drink machine was filthy. Even though the ability to serve inside has been open for 8 weeks they do no inside eating at all.
Sorry folks we won't be back!
