Pulled up to the drive thru, got a “be right with you” and got radio silence for at least 10 minutes. Couldn’t wait any longer. Trash employees on your PM shifts. I coulda made my own sandwich in the ten minutes I wasted here.

Went there for dinner tonite wanted the fish sandwich tackle box and they didnt have the fish for the sandwich so asked to talk to the manger to see if they would sub and chicken sandwick on the tackle box and with 2 mangers and no one can makeup their mine so I want to church's chicken and might not ever go to Popeye

If this is your best, they all need to go back to training. The Regional/District manager should be embarrassed as this in indicative of their leadership.

My daughter just placed an order for two fish sandwiches using Uber delivery. First negative thing is both sandwiches are chicken, not fish. The meat is caramelized from cooking to long and sitting, the chicken clearly taste like it was fried in fish grease. The meat is burnt on the bottom to a crisp, and inedible. This restaurant is a pitiful excuse for a restaurant. I've tried to give this certain establishment a chance time after time, but I'm tired of wasting money on their food, so I'm done. The so called cooks need to fine other kinds of jobs, and the management needs replacing for allowing such food to go out under their watch. Wish I could give negative stars. Just because an order is placed online instead in person, they should treat online orders with better standards. ⚠️ Warning!! Popeyes in Hutchins, Tx should be shut down frfr

Terrible place. I ordered on Uber eats and recieved a strawberry Fanta instead of Hi-C with NO notice. On top of that I asked for no pickles and I recieved pickles and NO MAYO. The complete opposite of what I asked for. Very disappointed.

2/27/24 @7:30Employees could have been more friendly, but I've experienced worse , what caught my eye was the entrance doors, how long could it take for rhem to get to this point , when it's slow , some one should wipe them down once in awhile.Over all was a good visit
Young lady was very unkind. Like we were wasting her time. They parked us and my husband had to go inside and get our order. Not going to this location again.
