The whole dish was great, especially the vinegared rice, which had different flavors depending on the type of fish. A Japanese restaurant worth recommending
Absolutely amazing experience. You could tell that the chef had taken great care in finding the right ingredient and took the time to prepare it. The subtle yet different tastes that come along with what you would expect from sushi paired wonderfully. It was a great experience.
Highly recommend the ginger soda.
10/10 toro hand roll. I will be dreaming about it for years. The quality of all the fish was really good.
I feel bad that I wasn't the biggest fan of the uni; however, the other people in my party really liked it so I think it was just a me thing.
I hope to try this place again some day, all other sushi will never be the same now because this place is just that good.
