I have loved Carl's Jr for YEARS but they closed our location so we had to venture out to find one. WHAT A GEM this one turned out to be. The food seemed fresher. There was a line when we got in there but the women working the counter and the food line were AWESOME!! I HAD to get their names because I wanted to make sure their bosses knew just how great they were. Vivian and Kia were SO nice. They were very pleasant to everybody in the line. They were FAST with getting all the food together. When one was busy doing one thing, the other picked up and served the people. Nobody waited long and like I said the food was fresh! I will definitely be back even though we did find one closer to our home. The customer service of these ladies are well worth the drive!

I drove half an hour to go to this location, the girl who took my order was very pleasant at first. I ordered a number two with a sprite to drink. They had me pull up and wait. No big deal. The next employee handed me a bag. Once I drove off I noticed my burger was wrong and no fries with my meal.I went back through the drive thru, explained the issue and the once pleasant cashier tried to get me to pay for the fries. I said no I ordered a meal. She said you didn't say combo, I said a number two which every other restaurant seems to understand is a meal. I do not understand why she fought me so hard and did not just admit to messing up. After agreeing to pay for the fries although it was her mistake I asked if I would be getting the meal discount since that is what I ordered and 3.35 for French fries after I already paid seems silly. She kept answering that it was basically the same thing. I said I wanted in actuality not basically?I paid for cold, mushy fries and a burger that wasn't right. I have been in the service industry my entire adult life and have never been as surprised or saddened by the way I was treated today. I did apologize if I came off as rude as I was none too happy.Please do better for the next customer, because I will never be returning nor recommending this place to anyone.

Was trying to get a quick bite to eat. Being a driver, sometimes you have to eat on the go. So order was taken quickly, service was pleasant, and the facility was up to par for a fast food restaurant.

I understand things are sometimes hard to keep up with..but i saw plenty of staff and 2 managers. It seems they were having trouble keeping up. The service was service...nothing more nothing less. Lots of customers waiting. My Sourdough burger and fries were directly on point though.....that to me was most important and not expected. *UPDATE* I returned and it seemed they had totally regrouped. Seems like they had had some kind of set back cause the place was close the night b4 my first visit. I was totally happy with the service, food and the quickness..the cashier was helping customers with there orders and was knowledgeable about the menu....this time there was no line . The tables were almost full. They were taking care of business. There was even a young lady sweeping and taking an order at the same time. Good job guys!

My grilled sourdough burger wasn’t grilled. Didn’t have time to take it back and have them remake it. I know it’s tough to find good help, but, when it’s the key component of the burger you’d think they would know that part!
