The old manager lady at the drive through is HORRID! Please fire her! She is rude and a horrible example for your company! She yells, argues, and talks down to everyone. I live in Hutchins and don’t have many choices and I actually love Jack N The Box. But I’m about to just stop going and go to DQ or Whataburger where they have respect for their customers. I’ll say one more time, SHE IS A HORRIBLE PERSON AND EMPLOYEE AND NEEDS TO BE FIRED! You are loosing customers.

Please get rid of the older lady that is at the drive thru. She is arrogant and always in a bad mood. Everytime i go she always has an attitude and always messes up my order. I made it clear i wanted three cups of ranch and i get home and there is no ranch. I told her to charge me for them i just wanted my kid to be happy and this lady obviously can’t handle such a hard request.
