At first I was going to leave a bad review, I had placed an order for my family though the app and had some items missing. Called back and requested to just have the items replaced or some credit back for another time. The manager Adam really cares for the customer and Instead replaced the entire order. Will definitely be coming back, great customer service and the order came back out to a T!

Burger was just thrown together...Had to basically reassemble the whole thing...got the order wrong...can't listen to simple requests like crispy fries... Meanwhile, the overzealous manager in the back is preaching sell more and you can't even produce pretty food... Y'all be lucky I was starving or I just would have got a refund and went down the road

Went there for a curbside pickup. Watched the time go by and called the store the guy said they would be right out ,waited longer and knew I would be late for work . Lady comes out and she said she came out earlier but didn't see my truck with the hazards on. She runs back in brings out an order,the wrong order I wanted a double whataburger which my receipt reflected but instead got a double junior all dried out . This is not the only store that whataburger lacks in quality. Stuff is so expensive these days at the fastfood places and they have so much business they just don't care to deliver a good product anymore.

More than anything...
I would love it if I could stop getting nasty hot cheeto finger drinks at night. I get it the nights long want a snack cool but does that mean my food also has nasty cheeto fingers in it. Also lets face it most people eating chips are sucking one their fingers. Their was a whole finger print but my friend swiped it before I got a Pic because he couldn't believe it.
Besides this happening a few times now atleast their nice and make good food.
I'm just over finding these red greasy chip residue finger prints one food that has nothing to do with it. Then leaving me wondering if gloves where even used and if there's someone's spit finger residue in my food. It's hard as hell to ignore and taking it back at that time won't do anything and who knows who's doing it and when they are there.

Stopped here in the drive thru just now. Ordered a hot coffee. They asked if I would like an iced coffee, because they don't have any hot coffee made. Really, Whataburger?

First Whataburger I’ve ever had! Really good value and the food was great. We tried out the new items on the menu since we were visiting and it did not disappoint. Location was clean and tidy too, set the bar high for this chain for sure.

The young lady working the window named Charnyce was so friendly And helpful. She went above and beyond.
