The space is adorable and the drinks are really high quality, I loved my matcha. Unfortunately, the experience itself wasn’t great. A couple who seemed to be the owners came in after me, ordered, and their drinks were made before mine, leaving me waiting 20+ minutes for my order. In most coffee shops I’ve been to (and worked at), owners/managers usually make their own drink rather than skipping the queue. It also didn’t sit well watching them give the only barista at the bar consistent feedback on every detail rather than supporting or stepping in. Although I appreciate that they care about upholding high standards, it came off as inconsiderate to both the barista and myself (as the customer waiting). Disappointing overall, especially since I was really looking forward to stopping here during my drive through the Austin/Georgetown area.

Crazy good coffee, surprised a gem like this exists out in Hutto. Nice clean inside with lots of natural light. Gonna be going here more often, for sure

Young lady that took my order was very nice and she suggested I try their almond muffin with the poppyseeds It was amazing. I absolutely loved it and whenever I’m in Hutto I will definitely come back here.

Best coffee in Austin.

I love the vibes here, very quiet, clean and great for getting some work done or just having some food and a drink. I also like that they had beer there.
