Just ordered from here using Uber eats for my two kids and I. Both kids meals were missing drinks, and my meal was missing fries, and I got a single whopper instead of double. So order more than you need because you might not get everything. I won't be ordering from here again.

I've only had 1 of 3 orders correct at this place. One visit I only received half of my order. On another visit I requested no lettuce and no onions because my girlfriend is allergic to onions. When I checked the burgers there were lettuce and onions on the burgers. If my girlfriend had eaten them without checking she could have been hospitalized. How hard is it to follow simple instructions. So far im not impressed with this place. The pflugerville one seems to be alot better. At least the pflugerville one at least tries to get your order right.

2:00 on a Sunday, food was great however there was no ice in the soda machine, no cups for the ketchup, no small or large cup lids, food on the floor in a few places. Each time we had to ask for the missing items, the gentleman seemed a little put out.

Everytime I've gone to this location Isaiah is always working by himself and I wanted to let someone know that he's putting in amazing work. I'm not sure what's going on with the staffing but this guy is literally why I will wait in line to get food. I've been to this location four separate times and everytime it seems like the location isn't staffed properly. HOWEVER, I want to stress again that Isaiah, despite being the only worker there at that time, is the reason why I keep coming back. He has an amazing attitude, amazing sense of customer service, and is quick and accurate with the order. If there's any manager that is reading this, y'all need to do better and give this man a promotion for the amount of effort he puts into his work. He is the only reason this Burger King stays afloat at the later hours of the evening.

Look at the Oreo shake I just got from here. Wasn’t even half way. Asked for a medium shake and got a small shake in a medium size cup.
I enjoy BK no matter what others say about it, but this most recent visit was not it. It was Sunday evening, just all the burgers I got were Soggy, and not appetizing. They werent fresh either, It was dinner time too, so not like I went at a different or later time, so it should have been better. I did do take out/drive through, but only live like 4 minutes from the store, they shouldnt have been as soggy as they were.
The drivethrough worker seemed nice, so giving it 2 stars because of him.
