Im not pleased w the wait in the mobil line, tend to give faster service to the basic drive thru, the young man said "Damn I forgot the Straws" . I do not appreciate the foul language nor do I accept it from a Chic fila establishment . Plus my banana pudding shake had Zero cookie in it , the 2nd one in my order had cookie in it . Disappointed
The food here is good. It can be inconsistent at times, sometimes is super greasy and unappetizing, but most of the time it's made well and tastes fantastic especially for fast food.
The service is always on point. The employees are kind and patient which I appreciate as my family are indecisive so it can take them some time to decide what they want. Lol. I always appreciate their patience with them. Definitely some of the best customer service you can...

The drive-thru is super slow tonight. The order takers are moving like snails and chatting to each other, no going along taking orders, just standing there and waiting for the cars to move to them. This is very inefficient. The last four times I have been here, there has been something wrong or missing each time. This is not how Chick-fil-A operates.
