I went in with my two babies and a couple of cousins to enjoy an afternoon together and we had the fire alarm go off. Not only did it scare my self and my babies, but what made it worse was that the manager came out and checked on a white family and their child that looked about 10 years old and completely passed my Hispanic family and two crying children and didn’t care to check on my family.

I had been sitting here for 20 minutes. My food was scheduled to be completed 20 minutes ago. Doesn’t seem to even had been started. It’s just 2 salads…. Very dissapointed. Everyone who had come in here after me has already picked up. No updates for my food or anything. Won’t be returning. :/

We used to be a regular. And used to be our favorite until recently that they had over 10 tables empty and still they told us to wait for 20-30mins. This was on weekday dinner

HORRIBLE SERVICE but that's standard this day and age. Apparently after ordering and waiting 15 mins to get our food they finally realized that they didn't have any buffalo sauce for all their wings and boneless wings. I don't mind it if you tell me when I order, but when all 4 people I'm with get served and I'm just being told when food drops that mine can't be made??? Anyway visiters beware that at least this location is poorly managed and doesn't do line checks daily. Makes me wonder what else isn't being done like temperature checks or proper cleaning??? Anyway just fyi for anyone thinking to visit. Hopefully they get their act together.

We used the take out option and it was hassle free! The food was good just popped it in the microwave for a few. Everything tasted great and my family was happy! Will be doing this again.
Sat in the Bar area. Our server Joe did a great job! Cold beer too!

My family and I frequent this location quite regularly a have never had a bad experience. All the staff are great, friendly and attentive. Food and drinks are great!

We’ve been coming to Hutto Chili’s for years and have never had a bad experience. We’ve pretty much had nearly every server. They’ve all been professional, helpful, and kind very single time. The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious! This chilis is the one we always prefer to come to, no matter where we are.
