Had the worst experience in a long time at this location - think Chipotle needs to take a hard look at their customer service - Chipotle just lost all of my tips going forward - they wanted me to come in and pay for a side of tortilla ( 50 cents ) on a sub freezing night because I forgot to add it to my pickup order - I’ve regularly tipped them hundreds of dollars over the years. Been a regular customer at chipotle for almost two decades - lol it’s time to look for better alternatives !

always out of the vinegarette and fajitas. Tonight it was out of white cilantro rice too. I don’t even care for the meal without the vinegarette, it’s so disappointing every time

While 3 employees talked and walked around I stood there for about 5 minutes to place my order. It was 2 hrs before closing but they were out of a lot of the options. Some of the meat looked old and gross. I honestly should've walked out and picked a better place.

I’m not sure why handing an order to a delivery driver through the PICK UP WINDOW, is not allowed.
We are delivering your food which you make money from. It absolutely makes no sense that it is outlawed to hand a door dash driver your customers order for us to deliver FOR YOU.
I’m confused why that rule was put in place to make it that much harder for us to pick up at your location with its lack of parking. Drive through seems like it would make a lot of drivers happier since we are delivering orders from your establishment.
I found that very rude of your employee to tell me they can’t give me the order through drive through and made me go inside to stand in line to get the order that right next to the window. None of it makes sense to me. It’s probably the only rule those young ladies follow while working there.

This Chipotle location, along with others, seems to need a complete overhaul of its processes. I visited this store near my home last week to try the quesadillas, which my niece and stepdaughter highly recommended. However, when I tried to order one, I was shocked to be refused service. The staff informed me that I could only order a full-size quesadilla online and that in-store, I could only purchase the kid’s version.

This policy is absolutely absurd and reflects poor customer service. Why force a customer who is standing right there to go online to place an order? Because of this experience, I won’t be returning to this location, and likely not to any other Chipotle. The service and quality have steadily declined over the years.

Dirty every time we go. Way overpriced. $35 for two bowls, 2 with guac, 1 had queso. Like maybe 2 TBSP of guac for $3 EACH is ridiculous. And it is completely inconsistent every time. Barely any protein is given most of the time. On rare occasions it is worth the money, but it depends on who is making the food. Most of the time they are scraping the bottom of a nearly empty container. We sat down today, after cleaning off the only somewhat acceptable table, and said we really have to stop coming here. It's just a waste of money for a poor quality meal. They also never remember to unlock the door to the back parking lot which is the only place there really is substantial parking.

I’ve been to many Chipotle’s. Heard of many small portion sizes, but have never experienced it until today. When I asked if it was the usual/correct portion size I was told they couldn’t tell but it should be 2 ounces of steak. Employee did not seem to care of my polite concern. I kindly tried to express it was very little compared to my many previous orders. I was very close to leaving my bowls on the counter and walking away. Most disappointing $37.40 spent at a Chipotle.

I wasn't going to say anything the first time we picked up our order and it was wrong (missing items). I didn't say anything the second time we picked up our order and it was wrong (missing items). This time I'm going to write a review because this is ridiculous!!!!

Not only did we pick up our order, and it was again missing items, but it also had a completely wrong meal. I thought they gave us the wrong order. It was our order with missing chips....AGAIN!!! As well as a bowl that had chicken in it when it was marked on the receipt as a (V) veggie bowl with not even the type of beans that was ordered. Complete FAIL!!!

Chipolte and its staff need to do better!!!! Prices for meals have gotten out of control and to pay these prices and NOT get what we ordered is not OK. Our meal was incorrect and we were refunded through the app we used, however, I would rather had the meal we ordered instead of a free meal we didn't all eat. Consumers end up paying for those free meals eventually when Chipolte decides they are going to raise prices again to cover these meals instead of just having better staff that have attention to detail and can read what was ordered.

Tonight, we didn't get to eat dinner as a family. My husband ate his meal while it was semi warm. I went to call Chipolte, but you cant speak with an actual person so I went to return it. Unfortunately, traffic was so bad I couldn't get into Hutto so I turned around and came home. That is when I saw my son was in the kitchen making a completely different meal.

Family dinner ruined. Shame on you Chipolte!!

For whatever reason they don't make the large quesadilla for walk in orders only online. What a joke. The floors are always dirty, tables are dirty. Several servers dont even speak English. This place is going down hill.

Operations will need another look at. Cook didn't know how to cook the cilantro lime rice. May need some retraining. Cleanliness is not present. The crew team is not working in sequence. The team was still cranking out Brown rice entrees during this time. I did get good customer service letting me know it would be an additional 25 minutes till the rice came out due to the mishap with the 1st batch of rice. All things that could have been prevented with proper training and employees that work together to make your Operation flourish. This operation has no competition for a burrito shop within 8 miles. When a new shop opens up in the area soon. This locations operator will have to clean up their mishaps starting going back to the basics in trainings new employees. Consistancy is necessary to succeed this place is missing that consistency. Just go inside and judge for yourself
