(10:40 pm - 10:50 pm or so on the date of this review) Drove through the Chipotlane and noticed that the beeper that sounded when I pulled up went unnoticed so I decided to see how long I could remain that way while enjoying my time watching shows and making funny faces at workers. Sadly it had to get ruined when someone pulled up behind me and wanted a turn so I sadly ended up having to go inside while the lady that was behind me laughed from her warm car. 10/10 would go again

Chipotle is one of our go tos when we don't feel like cooking. This location is very attentive and the couple of times an item was missed on our order, they were happy to make it right!

I paid $12.12 for this bowl, and the portion was extremely small. For this price, customers should receive a full and consistent serving. This location needs to improve its portion standards. I moved the food to the side to show how small the portion was.

I have never had a bad experience at Chipotle but going at 8pm tonight was a bad idea. They gave one scoop of steak divided into 3 tacos. A literal sprinkle of cheese even after asking for more. Terrible service.

Today we got the veterans special. Buy one get one free with ID card. I got a bowl and hubby got a burrito. The wait was minimal. Service was good and the food was delicious

Tonight we experienced the most unprofessional manager I think we have ever encountered in any business setting. Our order was missing items. We didn’t realize this until we arrived home as we had already driven home. After we ate, we went to the store and met Hope, the manager.
I politely explained that three items were missing from our order and asked if we could get a credit for the missing items. She impolitely and with attitude said, “ Why didn’t you bring it back?” I asked how was I supposed to bring back something that I never received. Then she told my rudely that I should have brought back (the non existent) missing items and to call “the hotline.” I said ok. What is the number? She said she didn’t know and then again said we should have brought the missing items back. This terrible manager couldn’t have cared less nor did she use any social skills whatsoever to assist us.
I get that the food service industry is a tough job. But that doesn’t excuse this exceedingly rude, uncaring and unprofessional attitude. She has no business leading others. You lead by example, and Hope is a poor example for anyone to follow. Won’t be back and highly recommend eating elsewhere.

Had the worst experience in a long time at this location - think Chipotle needs to take a hard look at their customer service - Chipotle just lost all of my tips going forward - they wanted me to come in and pay for a side of tortilla ( 50 cents ) on a sub freezing night because I forgot to add it to my pickup order - I’ve regularly tipped them hundreds of dollars over the years. Been a regular customer at chipotle for almost two decades - lol it’s time to look for better alternatives !

always out of the vinegarette and fajitas. Tonight it was out of white cilantro rice too. I don’t even care for the meal without the vinegarette, it’s so disappointing every time

While 3 employees talked and walked around I stood there for about 5 minutes to place my order. It was 2 hrs before closing but they were out of a lot of the options. Some of the meat looked old and gross. I honestly should've walked out and picked a better place.

I’m not sure why handing an order to a delivery driver through the PICK UP WINDOW, is not allowed.
We are delivering your food which you make money from. It absolutely makes no sense that it is outlawed to hand a door dash driver your customers order for us to deliver FOR YOU.
I’m confused why that rule was put in place to make it that much harder for us to pick up at your location with its lack of parking. Drive through seems like it would make a lot of drivers happier since we are delivering orders from your establishment.
I found that very rude of your employee to tell me they can’t give me the order through drive through and made me go inside to stand in line to get the order that right next to the window. None of it makes sense to me. It’s probably the only rule those young ladies follow while working there.

This Chipotle location, along with others, seems to need a complete overhaul of its processes. I visited this store near my home last week to try the quesadillas, which my niece and stepdaughter highly recommended. However, when I tried to order one, I was shocked to be refused service. The staff informed me that I could only order a full-size quesadilla online and that in-store, I could only purchase the kid’s version.
This policy is absolutely absurd and reflects poor customer service. Why force a customer who is standing right there to go online to place an order? Because of this experience, I won’t be returning to this location, and likely not to any other Chipotle. The service and quality have steadily declined over the years.
