I've ordered at least seven pizzas this week alone and we're only on Friday. I enjoy Domino's over any other competitor, but normally this location botches my order or messes it up completely but as of late, they have been doing an outstanding job (only I after I had to complain) but they're doing a great job.
Kid-friendliness: One time one of the delivery guys actually got upset because I didn't have enough money for the pizza and to tip him. He was vocal about it other than that particular guy every driver has been amazing with their attitude, being tipped or not.

We accidentally made an order to this restaurant as we do not order from here because it’s terrible! But I called to cancel the order and she asked for the number which was fine. Gave her my number and I guess my old number is still connected. So I said I don’t know my old number and before I could say is there another way to look it up she laughs and says I don’t know your old number either with an attitude. So I asked to speak to the manager because I was trying to just get this handled fast. She laughs again and says haha I am the manager. She continued to laugh at me and have an attitude all the way through. She sounded maybe 18 maybe. They finally canceled my order but how rude! Rude from the start all the way to the end. The food is terrible which is one reason we don’t go back so hint hint don’t order from here! And they are so rude. They are NEVER wrong in their own opinions and just act like we are a bother to their world. Dominos you need to be careful with who you hire!

I placed the order and after one hour called the store the manager said he forgot to send my pizza. Just imagine I haven’t received pizza but i got charged now i have to wait 3 days to get my money back , they are very rude and they don’t know how to run the business and treat the customers

Erin was the employee that finished our large order for our business luncheon and she was very rude and unpleasant. I responded thank you when she rang up our additional sodas and she remained silent as she stomped around and slammed on the keyboard as if my ordering something inconvenienced her. Customer service is a huge part of business, I will not be ordering from here moving forward.

Been ordering from here & on a few occasions they have dropped the ball that I’ve had to go into the store & pick up my own order. So, I call tonight because I ordered at 6:15 & for almost a hour my order had been in prep mode. I get this kid on the line that sounds like he has zero clue on how to handle situations. I asked him if I come & pick my pizza up can they just refund me the tip & delivery fee either cash or to my card. He says no to the cash & in order for me to get my money back I’ll have to cancel the whole order & submit & pay for a new order. Yeah…I’m about to start back ordering at Marco’s at this point.

Matthew “prepped” my order for 25 minutes (and counting). If you cheat the system to meet some internal benchmark then the estimated pickup time is wrong and your customer experience suffers. Cut it out—be honest.
Picked up my pizza's for dinner, As I'm driving away I see half the staff in there aprons smoking with the back door wide open. How sanitary?! What management allows this? By the way my order was all wrong plus the pizza was cold. Good job losers.
