I had enough time to blink, but that’s about it. From when I placed my order to what appears to be a second later…..my pizza and pasta were ready. Sizzling. World class service. 5 star Dubai type stuff. Staff was in there moving at high speeds hyping each other up. This was literally the best Pizza experience I’ve ever had. 10:30pm on a Wednesday night. This location should be getting studied in business schools.

Brock was amazing he took care of my specific order, even though some managers might’ve thought it was difficult. He handled it with a smile and made me feel very welcome! The most terrible service in hutto, very unprofessional and have no sense of how to handle customers. The app to order from this place still isn’t working for me and seems to be no work around for unfortunate reasons. Zack treats customers horribly and needs to be retrained or find another “career path”. This place need to be closed immediately

Brandon is hands down one of the best employees dominos has! He’s always upbeat, happy, enthusiastic to ensure you’re happy with your order, quick to fix anything you may not be satisfied with! He’s always exceeds my expectations! I had to give him praise with this review because on Christmas I wasn’t having the best day, I drove by and realized Domino’s was open so I decided to place my typical order and Brandon‘s kindness changed my whole day around and it’s just little things like that that really deserve recognition! Thank you Brandon.

If I could give Zero stars, I would….
I called in the order to pick up. It took longer to make than I was told.
More importantly, none of the employees making the pizzas were wearing gloves, nor washing their hands.
I’m a Certified Food Safety Manager which means I’m responsible for making sure people don’t get sick from the food coming out of my kitchen.
What I saw at Dominos made me cringe…
No employee was wearing gloves or washing their hands.
While some bacteria can be killed by high temperatures, blood borne pathogens coming from sores or open wounds can’t be.
Uhhhmmm… think about the no gloves thing and (try to) enjoy your food.
Will not order again from them!!!

This location is not great. Ive learned to use carryout if I have to order. The app and tracker have changed and not for the better. Tonight, I understand its a busy night. But when I placed my order the app said 35-40 mins. Perfect. And hour later, tracker is the same. Had to call to check the status. Going to be another hour. For 1 pizza. Ive ordered less and less because each time is more disappointing.

It INFURIATES me because 85% of the time they forget to put buffalo sauce on the BUFFALO chicken pizza. Like I don’t get it! It’s the first word of the name. Of their specialty pizza. I stopped ordering from here for awhile for that reason and after months I decided to try again and bam. Same thing.
