Food was supposed to be ready by 810…at 820, I was told they don’t know why part of it wasn’t made but the whole order had to be remade. No apology. No offer to reduce what was already paid. They said it to me like it was a normal thing. This order was placed 45 minutes prior to pick up with the intent of THAT pick up time. This Dominios continues to miss the mark on timeliness and customer service. One pizza is also burnt.

Our pizza order is usually delivered from the Stone Hill location and there’s almost always an issue. This afternoon, our delivery came from this location and everything was correct. The Pacific Veggie pizza looked better than any we’ve ever received, just loaded with toppings. The Ultimate Pepperoni could’ve used more meat, but there was still plenty. Keep up the good work! I can’t speak to the atmosphere, since we always do delivery..

I used to be a big fan of Dominos pizza, definitely not anymore. Ordered on the phone hoping that if i make it clear that I want extra cheese they would do it. And it had the extra cheese BUT totally uncooked. Super doughy!!!!! Guys, it used to be the best pizza around, sad to see it go down on quality this much.

Guys.. this has to be the worst dominos I've ever been to. They literally always forget one of my toppings AND they cut the pizza like trash every time. Today, I ordered a thin crust pizza that is half and half toppings, and they didn't cut it through the middle separating the halves. ?? yall- I can't even make this up. Anyway, I only go cause it's close to where I live. The other dominos on Gattis School Road has my heart though, shout out to those guys!

When this place first opened they were great, food tasted good. Now they are rude, the delivery guy threw food at me. The app won't take orders. I used to eat dominoes as a preferred choice, now I'm done. This store needs new management.
