NEVER ORDERING Double Dave’s again. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Rudest customer service I have ever experienced. Apparently they couldn’t find our address and didn’t have common courtesy to call and let us know and then when I called to ask for more information the manager was very rude and wouldn’t even listen to what I said. He cancelled the order and hung up on me. They are losing out on a $50 weekly customer. I’m infuriated.
Ordered at 6:41 and it's now 8:30 and still no pizza. This is the 2nd time we had issues with Double Dave's. The 1st time was a couple of months ago when it took them 3 attempts to get our order correct. We were also promised a $100 credit on our account which we never received.
