Went to this location at about 6am on Sunday having placed an online order. Both the app and Google maps said it would be open. It was completely deserted, and I wasted $7 on a drink that I did not even get.

Ruby slammed my coffee and really disrespectful cussing me out. She dropped my coffee and it got on my shirt. I’m sueing her blonde hair ruby and Dutch bros.

Love, love, love the Dutch bros team and coffee!

They are my ride or die - Dutch bros coffee is the only coffee I like. On top of the great drinks, the team is the best - always have had a great experience here.
To people saying it’s slow… it’s a small place - it’s going to take a second if someone orders a bunch for one order. When I let the team know I was in a rush, they put in my order and I didn’t have to pay UNTIL I had it, so if I had to leave if it took too long I wasn’t out the money.
They deserve a round of applause. 👏🫶

Hey whoever the woman was talking with someone over the course of 20 minutes and FOLLOWING them to the window to continue talking? Yeah you should work instead of letting your coworker take all the orders.

Drinks for everyone would probably be done faster to if you had actually helped take orders instead of “connecting with the customer” who’s probably your friend

This location is amazing! Lainey is awesome and always has a contagious smile. The line moves fast, the drinks are great, but the positivity that everyone has really makes it worth the stop!

The staff here is amazing. Never had an issue with a drink or had a bad experience with their staff. If corporate reads these; this branch deserves recognition. Used to live in Portland and this is by far the best Dutch experience I have had.

Came in during a weekday morning and was greeted and served by the most pleasant girl named Val. She was bright, polite, bubbly personality with an incredible smile. She helped my family with their orders and dropped some life gems for my high school passengers. Promote her, give her a bonus, make her a trainer and hire more outstanding servers like her!

This is the slowest Dutch Bros that I have been to, and also the only one that has messed up orders on multiple occasions. I have swung by during different times of day (530ish am and 430ish pm) and the service times are consistently lagging. I get that part of the experience is the energetic friendly conversation... but if you are 10 cars deep at 530am, no one has been out to pre-order and average car fulfillment is near 10 minutes... that's a problem. I save time driving to a location out of my way rather than this location that is only 2 minutes out of my path of travel.

Waited in line for 20 minutes today with 4 cars STILL ahead of me before I had to bail so I could get to work. Only 2 cars were fullfilled in that time, one being at the window when I pulled up.

Today was my first time here, also the last. So there is a left and right order lane. I was in the left while people continued to get in the right lane because it was shorter. The problem is the girl taking orders kept going from lane to lane taking the orders of people who had just pulled in versus people who had been waiting, and the right lane kept merging into the left lane in front. There has to be a smarter way here guys and I don’t blame the young girl taking orders.
