The food is great however the service is mind blowing. The lobby is supposed to close at 9pm except every time I come they close it between 830-850. My last experience with this golden chick I came into the lobby 20 minutes before the lobby close and the whole time the employees were clearly very agitated they had attitude and made faces the whole time

I love coming to the golden chick in Hutto because of the afternoon manager. She always welcomes and makes it feel like home. Food is always prepared well. However I noticed that while she is working hard there are many team workers that are on their phone or yelling near the drive thru window. I believe one of the workers name is Diannis. It makes me appreciate the manager work even more for taking care of absolutely every order from the drive thru to the counter to all mobile orders.
What a great location. I felt like I had a complicated order, but my dude put it together perfectly for me, and my order was done before I knew it. And the food? Flavorful, crispy, well portioned. Pure awesome.

Last 3 orders from here, all with weeks in between orders, we keep getting served chicken nuggets, not chicken tenders. What happened to the size! Food is also never fresh when it gets home or if we order delivery.

I had a fantastic experience at Golden Chick thanks to the amazing team members! The morning manager, Patty, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She made sure everything was fresh and the service was quick, even during a busy rush. Later in the day, Jade in the afternoon shift provided excellent customer service — polite, attentive, and made sure my order was exactly right.
It’s refreshing to see staff who truly care about their customers. Patty and Jade both went above and beyond, and it really made my visit stand out. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I think it was the manager at the drive thru today and he couldn’t have been more nice. I don’t eat here often, but definitely will come back because of that experience. Having worked in customer service it can be difficult at times, but keeping a good composure and being professional speaks volumes to customers.
