The boneless wings had a heavy thick coating that was hard as a rock and the French fries we way over salted. I won’t be wasting my money here again.

Food is typically under cooked or done incorrectly. Sodas are watered down to the max and fries are ok but sometimes aren’t seasoned at all

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

Put our order online, got to the store exactly at pick up time, and checked in, for the first 15 minutes we were understanding and okay with the wait. one it hit 30 minutes I called the store to check the status and the order was apparently ready, when we go to check the food all of the food is cold, now sitting at home writing this while my wings re-heat. Not sure if im going back honestly.

The jalapeno cilantro boneless wings are bomb and probably the biggest boneless wings I've ever seen. Will be getting it delivered again

Ordered over 3 hours ahead of time, got a message saying order was canceled during the delivery time. When I called the store I was told "the order must have not gone through". When I gave them the order number they said they are canceling all ordering because the fryer is down.Don't you love it when employees flat out lie to you!!!

Service was great! The kitchen was awful!!! We were at the restaurant for over 2 hours and had to get not one, but 2 meals to go to get my daughter home to bed.
