Put our order online, got to the store exactly at pick up time, and checked in, for the first 15 minutes we were understanding and okay with the wait. one it hit 30 minutes I called the store to check the status and the order was apparently ready, when we go to check the food all of the food is cold, now sitting at home writing this while my wings re-heat. Not sure if im going back honestly.

The jalapeno cilantro boneless wings are bomb and probably the biggest boneless wings I've ever seen. Will be getting it delivered again

Ordered over 3 hours ahead of time, got a message saying order was canceled during the delivery time. When I called the store I was told "the order must have not gone through". When I gave them the order number they said they are canceling all ordering because the fryer is down.Don't you love it when employees flat out lie to you!!!

Service was great! The kitchen was awful!!! We were at the restaurant for over 2 hours and had to get not one, but 2 meals to go to get my daughter home to bed.
This place was a horrible mess. We placed an order through Uber eats and because they had no drivers available we were forced to pick up the order. After we picked up the order and arrived home we noticed that the other half of the order was missing. Not only that but the fries were ice cold almost frozen. After arguing with the manager for several minutes we were told we would have to contact Uber eats to receive a refund or order replacement. Worst customer service I have experienced since being in Texas. Food was disgusting. Stay away if you like your food cooked!

I ordered bone in wings, not boneless! and I ordered combos but no drinks. I will be getting a refund. If you can’t do your job right, work somewhere else. (Worked in fast food before) there’s no excuse!

Tried going outside the box to try something different but never will I buy this again horrible horrible wings. There were feathers on many of the wings and the quality is some of the worst quality of ever eaten and seen.
