I'm so disappointed, they forgot all the extra sauces I paid for. Wings were rubbery. But if you're hungry for wings they will check the box. I'm so mad yall don't care about your customers though.

Absolutely disgusting... you could buy a frozen bag of dinosaur nuggets from Walmart and they would taste better. I assure you these wings are NOT fried and they are not fresh.... Soggy and taste terrible. They operate from inside chilis restaurant, so I expected them to be much better... I was wrong.

disappointed in the quality of food. we ordered online through uber eats and received overcooked wings that contained way too much salt. the fries were decent no complaints. we just thought this was a legit wing restaurant not the back side of chili's.

I just ordered pick-up today, April 29th. I don't want to sound mean, but when I took a bite of the mango habanero wing, it tasted horrible. It was as if you just bit into a burp, if you could turn a burp into a solid. The apple bbq flavor tasted good, but the wings, themselves, as a whole, were extremely tough with soggy skin. I was very hesitant to order from this place, but when I found out it was located inside Chili's I felt better about ordering from them. Chili's isn't a bad place and I like their food. In my opinion, I think this place really needs to go back to the drawing board before they sell any more wings. They really were that bad. I'm sorry for this negative review, but just change how you're making the wings. Flash fry the wings for a few minutes, take them out and drain them, then fry again to fully cook them and for a crunchy skin. Remember to pay attention to the cooking times so you don't make extremely tough wings. After that just toss in the sauce. For the mango habanero wings, just look up a recipe on YouTube and remake that sauce. I hope this place really takes my review into consideration. Hutto really needs a good wing place.

Put our order online, got to the store exactly at pick up time, and checked in, for the first 15 minutes we were understanding and okay with the wait. one it hit 30 minutes I called the store to check the status and the order was apparently ready, when we go to check the food all of the food is cold, now sitting at home writing this while my wings re-heat. Not sure if im going back honestly.
The jalapeno cilantro boneless wings are bomb and probably the biggest boneless wings I've ever seen. Will be getting it delivered again

Ordered over 3 hours ahead of time, got a message saying order was canceled during the delivery time. When I called the store I was told "the order must have not gone through". When I gave them the order number they said they are canceling all ordering because the fryer is down.Don't you love it when employees flat out lie to you!!!

Service was great! The kitchen was awful!!! We were at the restaurant for over 2 hours and had to get not one, but 2 meals to go to get my daughter home to bed.

This place was a horrible mess. We placed an order through Uber eats and because they had no drivers available we were forced to pick up the order. After we picked up the order and arrived home we noticed that the other half of the order was missing. Not only that but the fries were ice cold almost frozen. After arguing with the manager for several minutes we were told we would have to contact Uber eats to receive a refund or order replacement. Worst customer service I have experienced since being in Texas. Food was disgusting. Stay away if you like your food cooked!

IJW is a virtual restaurant ran out of the Chili's kitchen, you'll only find them on delivery apps. I've ordered from them several times and the quality is pretty inconsistent, sometimes good but usually not. More often than not, the wings are very over-cooked and are dry & tough. Fries don't travel well, so they will be cold and rubbery by the time they get to you. You can probably do better, even in Hutto.
