I got a pot pie and I dined in and the pot pie was so dry. I had to take it back well. They made me a fresh one and I waited about 25 minutes on it. I took it home with me and when I got home it too was very dry. I ended up throwing it away about a week later. I stopped in the store and I told the manager about the situation and he offered me a two-piece meal of my choice which I got. I took it home and it was absolutely wonderful. The chicken there is wonderful but they do not know how to make the pot pies right? They don't put enough sauce in them for some reason. They are way too dry. I've had many of pot pies at many different KFCs and they were just wonderful, but this particular store has an issue with making them. The people there are very nice and very helpful and I recommend the store but look out for that pot pie there guys lol sincerely, Joseph E. Hall of Hutto, Texas

Waited over 45 minutes for my food after I paid. John gave me my order ~20 minutes in, which was someone else's. I checked that order ! Hands all in the food gave my son a fry wedge as I was pulling out before I noticed it wasn't mine !
Drove back to the drive thru, gave it back. Went back to waiting when I saw him giving the same food to the car next to me who had been waiting longer than I had.
45 min in john comes out saying there was a miscommunication with the cook and my order was never placed and said he'd give me a refund if I drove back to the window which I did.
My 2 year old is screaming hungry, im hungry my other kids are upset hungry and all because I chose this stupid place to feed my kids.
Now ima stressed out momma with hungry kids and needing something NOW
If you got time; come here, if you can wait; come here, if you dont have kids plus the other 2 options comes here.
If you have kids, no time and can't wait that long DONT COME HERE.
Its disappointing that this is the only location near me in pflugerville.

Check your stuff before you leave EVERYTIME ! We have had trouble every time we go here. Then when you call and go back up they harass you about wanting to see your bag. Very unprofessional. Food was falling apart. Spend $60 for 20 piece meal. Highly disappointed. Go to around Rock instead .

I attempted to get lunch inside. I stood there for at least 10 minutes. By then there were some people behind me. No one had helped me. The person behind me asked a girl behind the counter if someone was going to assist. She said she was too busy with other orders to help. I walked out.

Yall, just stay away from this location! The gentleman who rung me up in the drive Thru was uncertain if they had enough chicken. However he still rung me up and charged me for a leg and a thigh ( totaling $6+)! After charging me, he informed me they hod no more extra crispy despite me visiting them hours before closing!! Nevertheless i accepted the original thinking “ it cant be that bad”! But yes indeed it was HOrRIbLE!!! The chicken was Cold, the skin was slip and sliding all around the box, BC it had already fell of the chicken, and it taste like spoiled playdo and wallpaper paste!!!! They were very unprofessional and i would let them cook me a fried Balonge sandwich, ( and thats hard to mess up bc i actually like my Balogne sandwich burnt and black!!! ) nah !!! A waste of $6…. Thats somebodies minimum wage for a whole hour child !!!! I threw that chicken away… i hope the birds don’t get ran over trying to eat it, and i hope they enjoy!

Customer service here is always great and on point, the team is always the sweetest! Tonight my cashier was Jordan (drive-thru) and he was awesome. He didn’t rush me while I was ordering, which I really appreciate, and he was super friendly at the window. My order came out fast and correct. Honestly, I don’t understand the negative reviews, every time I’ve come here the service has been quick and the staff has been amazing!

Was craving a couple of pieces of the original. Hadn't had KFC in years. Unfortunately, it was dry and barely warm. I'm sure it had been sitting way too long. The colonel would really be disappointed. Won't be back.

A solid 3 stars. Had a mixup with the mobile order today. Other than that food was good. Clean interior. Look into the ordering system to see what issues this branch is having. Today my issue was incorrect order was processed to my order. Front counter employee notified me of the mistake from the system. I waited an additional 10 minutes for my correct mobile order to come out. This may cost you valuable foot traffic from other customers when these problems occur have corporate look into these minute issues it is their responsibility that they take care of these things as this stores operator has no control over these things.
