I had not been to a KFC in a while and decided to try the one in hutto. The food was horrible the chicken was dark brown very greasy and mushyand torn up you could see fat and flour. The mashed potatoes taste like they were made from a box and the cole slaw was dry. The.chicken almost seem like it was refried absolutely gross. Reading some of the reviews it doesnt seem as though anyone is doing anything about the food. The pictures I seen were much the same as what I experienced

Just read the reviews. This place is terrible. Fried chicken wasn’t crispy at all, oily, not fresh. Fries were hard as a rock and tasted old. Kids chicken nuggets were hard and inedible. Didn’t receive my entire order (missing sides). Only thing edible was the biscuit.

Ordered last-minute lunches for my staff online through an app and called to have each box of pairs of chicken. The staff did not only do it but a staff member by the name of Elton separated by darks and whites. Good service ?

The owner here really needs to retrain their employees or hire an adult per shift instead of kids. I went here recently during the heavy storm and was told the system went down due to the storm. I was waiting along with two other customers in hopes the system would come back up. We all chatted while we were waiting, and during the entire 45 minutes we waited, at no time did the high school aged employees come out from the back to update us when they knew we were waiting. A little customer service goes a long way. Maybe you can teach your employees to offer your customers a drink or at least the courtesy to stay at the front cashier and provide an update if you have paying customers waiting.
