I've been to this location plenty of times and had a normal experience. But yesterday was horrible. I waited over an hour and a half to get the same order that I've ordered over 10 times that takes 15 minutes. The first time I enquired about my order. I was lost in translation and the second time I was told that they aren't working on it. After an hour I got out of my car and asked about it. After about 15 more minutes they gave me my order but I was missing one...

Ordered last-minute lunches for my staff online through an app and called to have each box of pairs of chicken. The staff did not only do it but a staff member by the name of Elton separated by darks and whites. Good service ?

Went today been long time since ( 1973). The food taste different,the cost is doubled in cost for the same chicken. I know that labor is part of it. Just did not enjoy it. Times have changed.
