Little Caesars Pizza

Ive been here 4 times and had to leave twice, because every time the wait is over 30 mins. I made an online order today and the wait is over an hour!! I dint see that until after i placed order, this place is ridiculous!

Not as bad as other locations but were not alway satisfied with this location. This is the 2nd time I've had an issue with this location and when calling in about the issue, they dont pick up the phone or they pick up and immediately hang up the phone with out saying anything. I've had orders missing items and burnt pizza. Why would they serve burnt pizza? If you choose to get food from here, check your pizzas and make sure you order has all items before you leave.

Taira went above and beyond to meet my nerdy needs. I'm a huge lover of Little Caesars and The Fantastic Four and she was kind enough to hear me out and fulfill my request for a unique box top for each of the 4 pizzas I bought. The pizza was hot n ready and /fantastic/! (Pun intended.)

The worst employees yet!! Angry girls behind counter are rude to everyone.
20min order took 1hr! The trash talk in the back was loud. Kept threatening to walk out.
Nothing was hot and ready. Mountain of stacked pizza dead on the counter. No managers any where. Lowest it's been.
Dominoes from now on.

No hot n ready pizzas. Over an hour wait even if you ordered online. They had lost several Uber orders also.

Order dinner while at work in Austin. Estimated delivery was one hour. Got home in time of delivery. Waited an extra 20 minutes before trying to call to track delivery. Call THREE TIMES! Got hung up twice and then another time someone claiming they couldn’t hear me. An hour and half later, food was delivered COLD. Not a busy Thursday night! I could not believe the treatment! No customer service skills or manners! I will never order from Little Caesar’s again. This was my first and lesson learned! The service is disgraceful and disgusting! DO BETTER! What a joke! Don’t waste your time or money paying people like this!

Folks are cold and stand offish. Not a pleasant cx service training in sight. Online done through Door Dash and apparently they can cancel your order. Good luck getting the store to answer. I called 9 times and not a one answer. It’s Monday night.. now they have my money I have no pizza and I’ll be out that money 10-12 days. Spend a few dollars and order from a better place

My first time in a long time to buy pizza. I thought I'd get a hot and ready. But they had none. So i had to order one i waited 45 min. And I wanted to try the new bacon and cheese puffs. I got peperoni. Poo. The crowd in the lobby was troubling. Full of 5 door dash drivers all experiencing problems and. About 5 customers with varying degrees of dissatisfaction.
