Horrible service, I waited for over 20 minutes just to be told that they have no hotnreadys for at least 20 minutes. I waited while 3 people working said nothing. I don’t recommend anybody go to this location.

Order my pizzas at 7pm. Waited an hour and a half for pizza that never came. Cancelled the order and was told I couldnt get a refund because the order was already in progress. Waited another hour and again to get hung up on and finally called a 3rd time to demand a refund because at this point its already 10pm. and was told I'll get money back in 72 hours. Never ordering from here again. 😒

Placing an order 2 1/2 hours prior and still not ready when guaranteed by 5:15 and staff are so rude and giving me options of what I didn’t order to take or get charged. The worst customer service ever!!

Takes over 2 hours to get a hot and ready which isn’t ever hot or ready. Don’t waste your time. Get a pizza from literally anywhere else.

Joseph apparently the only manager on shift tonight, forgot 1 out of 3 pizzas and could not come to a solution after going back in fourth with an argumentative attitude for 20 minutes after my family ate and I didn’t get to, the one paying for the pizza , in hutto area might as well order Marcos at least they will make everything right not to mention the order was an hour late which I completely understood it was the fact they forgot to make a whole pizza large at that lol, year rightttttt i understand mistakes happened however when someone confronts you about your mistakes you make them right apparently Joseph don’t have great salesman nor manager skills.

Call ahead. And take your time. Otherwise you'll hurry up to wait. More than likely. But they put out a good product. Always busy for a reason! A pretty busy area in general.

I waited for 2 hours for pizza that still wasn't ready.

2+ hours for 2 pizzas with NO way to cancel. The staff there talking about transferring or putting in their two weeks to customers. It was the worst.

Can’t order takeout on their website or Uber eats.

Ive been here 4 times and had to leave twice, because every time the wait is over 30 mins. I made an online order today and the wait is over an hour!! I dint see that until after i placed order, this place is ridiculous!

Not as bad as other locations but were not alway satisfied with this location. This is the 2nd time I've had an issue with this location and when calling in about the issue, they dont pick up the phone or they pick up and immediately hang up the phone with out saying anything. I've had orders missing items and burnt pizza. Why would they serve burnt pizza? If you choose to get food from here, check your pizzas and make sure you order has all items before you leave.

Taira went above and beyond to meet my nerdy needs. I'm a huge lover of Little Caesars and The Fantastic Four and she was kind enough to hear me out and fulfill my request for a unique box top for each of the 4 pizzas I bought. The pizza was hot n ready and /fantastic/! (Pun intended.)

They slow as all hell but the food is good. Order on the weekend be prepared to wait
