Ordered a large Deluxe added mushrooms and green olives. I got a medium pepperoni with the mushrooms and black olives all piled in the middle. The pizza wasn’t even cut. Called to ask for the pizza I ordered to be made and delivered. After waiting on hold for more than 25 minutes, Louis the manager came on and was completely unhelpful, excusing the problem because they ‘were busy’. He offered to remake the pizza but I would have to pick it up because the original delivery was thru Door Dash. I finally gave up and asked for a full refund. Last time I deal with their terrible customer service.

I called to order a special deal I received in the mail. They said they would not honor the coupon because it was only for during sports games, even though the coupon says expires 1/31/25. When I went in person the cashier presented it to his manager. Manager did not come up to explain why he couldn’t honor it, he just told the cashier no.

This is the second time in less than 3 months that my order has been wrong. Which is funny because I had stopped ordering with them because my deliveries were always missing an item. The last time I asked for a refund and was promised one by the store manager and its still yet to happen. Calling them is a waste of time because they'll tell you whatever they think you want to hear to get you off the phone. Thanks for another pizza full of onions that we specifically asked to have removed because no one would could eat because of an allergy!

This place takes forever to even pickup I would not imagine how long it would take for delivery or door dash.
I ordered for pickup at 639 said it would be ready at 650. Arrived at 700 I have been waiting its now 750 still no pizza.

Gave 2 stars bc the food is at least good (otherwise a 1 star experience tonight.) also, im not a fan of screwing over a small business / owner and believe in second chances- read below. Overall I am fair in my objective reviews:
THE EMPLOYEES TONIGHT (13Aug2024) WERE SUPER INCOMPETENT. I stood for 3-4 minutes while employees literally looked at me and resumed their activities. No greeting, no acknowledgment , just completely ignored. (FYI - I was in a rush and had ordered 90’ prior with a specific pickup time.)
Then they got the order wrong!! The whole experience was just very unpleasant tonight.
Am I willing to give them another shot? Sure, like I said I like Marcos as a brand and their pizzas are good. I’m also hoping the owner sees this and rectifies it (training moment??)

We ordered pizza with our neighbor on line . We had pickup times 5 minutes apart. Mine was ready when we got there. His was just being made. My pizza was cold by the time my neighbor got his. Thank goodness it was BOGO Tuesday!
We absolutely love the staff here! Working in education, we will use this location once a month for an evening event and they are always a delight!! We truly appreciate you all!! Thank you to everyone in your location!

Second time I've tried to purchase there. This evening I placed an order online. Food was to be ready at 425. Walked in at 435. Waited a couple minutes while the 2 employees were busy. The male was cleaning up, the female was making pizza, with no gloves on. She came up and asked for the name, name was given and told it was just put in, around 3 more minutes. Then proceeded to do a sweaty bare hand denim shorts correction in front of myself and another customer. Hope he left also. That'll be the last time.
