9-30-25. Called this location and spoke to Jaime(sounds like Himey) he asked delivery or pickup i said delivery as i have a hurt foot. He said the address was not coming up on his system. Long story short he called me back took my order and delivered it!! What a kind man! Jaime in Hutto went over and beyond!! Thank you! #broken plumber

Ordered thru GrubHub. Delivery seemed quick enough that the pizza should not have been basically room temperature. Ordered Italian sausage and mushrooms. No mushrooms, no flavor to the sauce and very little cheese. Plus the driver did not follow the instructions. First time ordering Marco's, Super disappointed.

The workers had me waiting in the take out parking space for over an hour while I kept going in and checking on the pizza I ordered. Only to find out they didn't even put it in. I asked to be compensated for my time and be refunded for the pizza. They wrote down my number to give to the manager to work with me on it and they never called. This happened 2 months ago and I haven't gone back because of it.

I'll definitely have to come back to try out the other flavours ! However when I was leaving a line began to form, so if you prefer to not wait in a line I would recommend coming a bit earlier! I am so happy I caved in to try this pizza spot! The pizza has amazing flavour and the crust was perfectly thin and crisp.

Avoid!! Food poisoning!! A few weeks ago my husband and I ordered from here. We both were violently ill for 24 hours with food poisoning. Last night hoping we were wrong, I ordered again. I shouldn’t have as I got food poisoning again. Couldn’t leave too far from the bathroom both recent times eating. I have never felt so sick. Don’t eat here!!

We eat here almost every time we don't feel like cooking. Staff has always been friendly with us and we both enjoy the pizza. Delivery has always been great and the rare times delivery wasn't prompt they actually called us to give updates which was very appreciated. We love this place!

Good pizza. The employees are always friendly when I go in to pick up our order. The store is clean. They stay open late. Please remember to tip these employees if you don't do delivery. They don't get tipped through the app unless it's for delivery. So be sure to give them a few bucks when they hand you your pizza.
Decent pizza with friendly staff. Not much more to write here. You won't be disappointed but you won't be blown away. Prices aren't any higher than anywhere else right now yet still more than I enjoy paying for a pizza.

Gave one star only because I had to. I’ve been a supervisor/manager for MANY years. The service and cleanliness of this location is appalling. They obviously can’t multitask and have zero phone etiquette or appropriate managerial skills. My husband placed an order. The delivery person was informed that 2 drinks were missed. Didn’t realize that the family salad had also been forgotten until he had already driven away. Made a phone call, the person who answered was rude. After I explained the situation twice she placed me on hold for close to 10 minutes. Then when she came back asked me what the issue was again. She continued to interrupt me, asked what the problem was again, then I was asked what I wanted her to do about it. I said I wanted to speak to the manager and she said I would have to wait 10 min. That’s the wrong answer. Because he was helping someone else. As a manager he could have excused himself and asked her to take over what he was doing and he could have answered the phone. Instead I had to drive to the location. The manager also has a tendency to interrupt and lied when he said she had told me that she tried to tell me that they had already sent the rest of our order out. Not once did she mention anything about sending the rest out. The managers excuse was they were in the middle of a rush. That is no excuse. I understand we all have an off day now and then but it seems this particular location has ALOT of them. The cleanliness of the kitchen was horrible. The manager himself has long unkempt facial hair and no hair net. Female has long hair with no hair net also messy. Other employees had facial hair with and long hair with no hair nets. The lobby was a mess as well. Which is unbelievable being there was only one other person in the restaurant and they were waiting to pick up an order and I saw only two other employees doing any work of the 3 or 4 others I saw standing around. Horrible experience and will no longer be ordering from them. Manager said he would refund our money. He lied about that as well. Still no refund. This is a horrendous Marcos. I believe in giving at least one positive in a negative review. Our delivery driver was respectful and kind.

We rarely get takeout pizza. These folks are so friendly, everytime we go in. Their pizzas are delicious and can't beat their specials... Definitely give these folks a shot. Their rustico pepperoni is delicious!
