This was just good ol' pizza. Nothing else.
Good pizza. The employees are always friendly when I go in to pick up our order. The store is clean. They stay open late. Please remember to tip these employees if you don't do delivery. They don't get tipped through the app unless it's for delivery. So be sure to give them a few bucks when they hand you your pizza.
Decent pizza with friendly staff. Not much more to write here. You won't be disappointed but you won't be blown away. Prices aren't any higher than anywhere else right now yet still more than I enjoy paying for a pizza.
Gave one star only because I had to. I’ve been a supervisor/manager for MANY years. The service and cleanliness of this location is appalling. They obviously can’t multitask and have zero phone etiquette or appropriate managerial skills.
My husband placed an order. The delivery person was informed that 2 drinks were missed. Didn’t realize that the family salad had also been forgotten until he had already driven away.
Made a phone call, the person who answered was rude. After I explained the situation twice she placed me on hold for close to 10 minutes. Then when she came back asked me what the issue was again. She continued to interrupt me, asked what the problem was again, then I was asked what I wanted her to do about it. I said I wanted to speak to the manager and she said I would have to wait 10 min. That’s the wrong answer. Because he was helping someone else. As a manager he could have excused himself and asked her to take over what he was doing and he could have answered the phone. Instead I had to drive to the location. The manager also has a tendency to interrupt and lied when he said she had told me that she tried to tell me that they had already sent the rest of our order out. Not once did she mention anything about sending the rest out. The managers excuse was they were in the middle of a rush. That is no excuse. I understand we all have an off day now and then but it seems this particular location has ALOT of them.
The cleanliness of the kitchen was horrible. The manager himself has long unkempt facial hair and no hair net. Female has long hair with no hair net also messy. Other employees had facial hair with and long hair with no hair nets.
The lobby was a mess as well. Which is unbelievable being there was only one other person in the restaurant and they were waiting to pick up an order and I saw only two other employees doing any work of the 3 or 4 others I saw standing around. Horrible experience and will no longer be ordering from them. Manager said he would refund our money. He lied about that as well. Still no refund. This is a horrendous Marcos.
I believe in giving at least one positive in a negative review. Our delivery driver was respectful and kind.
We rarely get takeout pizza. These folks are so friendly, everytime we go in. Their pizzas are delicious and can't beat their specials... Definitely give these folks a shot.
Their rustico pepperoni is delicious!

Ordered a large Deluxe added mushrooms and green olives. I got a medium pepperoni with the mushrooms and black olives all piled in the middle. The pizza wasn’t even cut. Called to ask for the pizza I ordered to be made and delivered. After waiting on hold for more than 25 minutes, Louis the manager came on and was completely unhelpful, excusing the problem because they ‘were busy’. He offered to remake the pizza but I would have to pick it up because the original delivery was thru Door Dash. I finally gave up and asked for a full refund. Last time I deal with their terrible customer service.

I called to order a special deal I received in the mail. They said they would not honor the coupon because it was only for during sports games, even though the coupon says expires 1/31/25. When I went in person the cashier presented it to his manager. Manager did not come up to explain why he couldn’t honor it, he just told the cashier no.

This is the second time in less than 3 months that my order has been wrong. Which is funny because I had stopped ordering with them because my deliveries were always missing an item. The last time I asked for a refund and was promised one by the store manager and its still yet to happen. Calling them is a waste of time because they'll tell you whatever they think you want to hear to get you off the phone. Thanks for another pizza full of onions that we specifically asked to have removed because no one would could eat because of an allergy!

This place takes forever to even pickup I would not imagine how long it would take for delivery or door dash.
I ordered for pickup at 639 said it would be ready at 650. Arrived at 700 I have been waiting its now 750 still no pizza.
