Ordered my food on the app for pick up when I got there but somehow 40 minutes later my food was still not ready but I saw all the people who ordered on the Kiosk still got their food before me. I noticed they only start making your food when you go to the counter and ask for it and not actually when you order ahead. So save yourself the trouble eat at home like we should have done.

Food isn’t consistent. Most of the time my food isn’t fresh…. It’s like the bun on my burger was sitting out for hours. Fries are cold. I think the only thing that’s consistent is the polite staff and my coke.
This McDonald's has jacked up the prices of everything. The McDouble is $3.99. The happy meals are $6.99. If you go to McDonald's in Pflugerville the Mcdouble is $2.79 and the happy meal is $4.79. They are ripping people off. It cost almost half the price at the McDonald's in Pflugerville.

This place has a nice indoor playscape, unfortunately the AC in the kids room has not been working every time I have been there in the last few months. The AC is working in the main part. They know and refuse to get it fix. Miserable experience for the kids. Sad clown face.

Not sure what is going on with this particular location, but the last several times we've come here, they will take orders from multiple cars in one lane before going to the other lane. We started ordering thru the app curbside to try to avoid this frustration, but it will say our order is ready, then nobody brings it out for 20-30 min. The last time that happened, we walked inside to check on it and the bag was just sitting on the counter. When we asked where our order was, the employee just handed us the bag without even saying anything. The food was cold. Today, we decided to try the drive thru again, but after watching 4 cars in the other lane have their orders taken, we parked and went inside to order. No employees came to the counter so we were forced to order thru the kiosk. Been sitting here for 15 min waiting for my order as I'm typing this review.
If these things has happened once or twice, I would chalk it up to a bad night, new employee, or being short staffed, but these things have happened every single time I've come to this location over the last year.
Whoever is managing this store really needs to get it together.
