This 5 star review is for Employee Mike P & Mike P only. I came here the night of New Years as a last second decision & because mcdonalds was the only fast food open until 12am for whatever reason. Waited in the driver through line for over an hour, cars in front of me sat for 10+min then drove away. I get to the speaker with no response which i had no problem with because i decided to come here late and i assumed they were busy. After placing a mobile order i pulled forward to the window to check if anyone is working. I see only one employee working and he is calm and focused handling what he can handle considering the rush of impatient customers. Mike walks up to the window and asks how he can help us we told him our order number and he was very quick and efficient with our service. Not sure what they’re paying him but its definitely not enough with how he managed the whole store with the new years rush all by himself. But anyways mcdonalds food is McDonalds food but the service from this employee was superior.

The worst fast food service ever. Wait times are ridiculously long and the food looks just thrown together. It’s the closest Mc’Donalds to my house, so I’ve tried to give it a chance. You may as well just go to a sit down restaurant elsewhere.

Gave me the wrong food, AFTER 40 mins wait. My food was cold when I received it. I did not bother to ask them to change it. I wasn't gonna waste another minute at this place.

Really?? I've never had fast food that takes 40 minutes. Don't get me wrong. It is possible If they are short staffed and there are a bunch order, I get it. No, this location, at least when I went were stacked with people in the kitchen. They are just very disorganized after I observed them, and honestly they don't look like they care. They don't know which orders are dine in, which orders are mobile, which orders are drive through. Tickets are all over the place. What a disappointment. Avoid this location if you can, and save yourself a miserable trip.

Who doesn't love McDonald's? Their fries are always hot and fresh and their fish burger is the best around. I don't care what anyone says. My first wife and I went in there for lunch the other day while we were shopping around for a new car battery for her and we had a wonderful lunch. Thank you McDonald's sincerely, Joseph E. NEGATIVE 10!!
Worst experience! Went to the drive through to get my online order, they told me I had to go inside. So I did. Once I was there they told me I could not get my food and that I had to go back to the drive through to pick up. What!? The manager didn’t do a thing to help. She just went to sit down and chatter with her friend. Don’t care at all! I waited inside for 30 minutes before I was actually given my food.
Never again will we go here. NO ONE SHOULD!

There is absolutely zero reason to be sitting curbside for fifteen minutes for a chicken mcnugget meal, only to get it cold.

Food sucks —- cold old and stale… also had to wait outside drive through for 2 minutes to receive a disgusting lukewarm cheeseburger… cheese not even melted. They’re going down hill. I won’t be back. Gross. Chicken nuggets were old and room temp. Fries were even worse - horrible. Don’t go there. BTW my expectations were already low I wasn’t expecting a fancy meal.not to mention $10 for 4 pc happy meal and dollar menu basic cheeseburger.

Update: same experiences continue. Whatever your expectations of McDonald’s are, lower them for this location.

It took over 30 minutes to get our food, if I hadn't gone back o the counter to ask, we would probably still be waiting. The orders were wrong even though their sticker clearly stated what we wanted. We'll probably go down the road to Pflugerville next time. Tables were not really clean inside it wasn't busy when we arrived.

Everything I go there's always something missing from my order. The biggest thing is why are you charging to substitute for mayo? This is the only store charging $.30 per burger to sub for mayo on the burgers? Plus leaving out the cheese when clearly a cheese burger is supposed to have cheese in it. Customer service sucks, you have to request for your receipt and make sure you request it because you need proof of what you paid for.
The Trappe machine is supposedly broken and I have friends that work here and was told the Manager refuses to replace it. So, he makes the employees manually blend to make sells. Now it makes me wonder if the soda machine ever gets cleaned out.
Where are the auditors that skip over all this in their inspections? I will report this. Also, are these employees even legal age to work? Most don't speak English so how do they comprehend the orders that are being placed?

I don't understand how an employee with absolutely no customer service skills is allowed to work the drive through window. I place my order, drove up to the window, and the person just stared blankly at me. No hello nor verification that I was the one that placed the order- no acknowledgement or courtesy in any way. A blank stare with no words exchanged is not acceptable as polite customer service. Ever!

Something is always wrong in this location, service this morning was incredibly rude. Don’t come here if you like coffee in general either the coffee machine is broken or instead of ice coffee you get sweet tea. I just don’t understand why I always have issues here.
