Placed a mobile order thinking it would be more fast and convenient but waited over 45 minutes in the curbside waiting area for my order and it never came out! Couldn’t cancel and nobody was picking up my calls so never got my food but they got my money! Go to a different location in hutto this one is bad!!

placed a mobile order at 5:10 for table service and have to leave at 5:50. clock strikes 5:50 and still no food, so i go up and ask and am told they didnt have the food and it would be another 10 minutes. im forced to leave with my $14 basically being lit on fire. i should not have to wait an HOUR for mcdonalds, and not even good mcdonalds. this location is known to be pricier, and have worse food that the location by the heb. dont go here if you expect to be here less than an hour. zero stars.

They had me check my bag for my order. It was not my order. Gave me the correct bag, but took the other one back. I can only assume they gave it to the correct customer but it was a basket of fries they had and my hands were all over it.

I VISIT A LOT. I GET BREAKFAST FOR MY KIDS A TIME OR TWO A WEEK AND I WOULD LOVE TO SAY THAT I WOULD NEVER COME BACK BUT I PROBABLY WILL BECAUSE ITS THE ONLY ONE. THE ISSUES I HAVE IS REDICULOUS WAIT TIMES IN THE DRIVE THRUS AND INCOMPLETE ORDERS ON MULTIPLE OCCASSIONS. ITS DIFFERENT TIMES TOO SO ITS NOT EVEN THE SAME CREW. BREAKFAST, THEY ATLEAST GET MY ITEMS CORRECT, BUT IN THE EVENINGS IVE GOTTEN HOME AND THEY FORGET A BURGER OR FRIES. FOR ME THATS IRRATATING BUT IT HAPPENS, THE PART THAT MADE ME VERY OVER THE TOP UPSET WAS WHEN I ORDERED AND THEY FORGOT MY KIDS BURGER IN HIS HAPPY MEAL. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS IN THERE. THE TOY, THE APPLES, THE FRIES, BUT NO BURGER. ALWAYS MY FAULT FOR NOT CHECKING KNOWING HOW BAD THE SERVICE HAS BEEN OVER THE LAST 6 YEARS LIVING IN HUTTO.

The drive through says you can not use your “Mobile app” that you can only use it if you come inside which is an inconvenience and defeats the purpose of using your mobile app at this location. Is this a normal thing? Smh
Worst drive-thru service out of McDonald’s in the area. The only reason I utilize this location is due to proximity to my residence and terrible traffic in Hutto. The drive-thru for breakfast involves having to order, being forced to park in a curbside space for 10-15 minutes after the 10-minute wait to order. Once the food is delivered, it is typically the wrong order, which causes another delay.

i wish i could leave a 0 star, to start the food was horrendous. asked for everything plain and everything comes covered in sauces that didn’t even come on the order. Secondly, the guy in the window (he works night shifts) was by far the rudest interaction i’ve ever encountered. he said numerous times “you don’t know what you ordered?” in an attitude and proceeded to still hand me the wrong order 2 times. I don’t advise paying a dollar to a location with bad food, bad environment, and untrained outrageous staff who has no idea how to talk to people in.the job description- customer service. If you aren’t able to complete your job you shouldn’t work here or any customer service job.
