I normally never leave reviews, but my experience at this McDonald’s today was so subpar that I felt compelled to share it.

Going through the drive-thru, I noticed the holiday pie on the menu. The picture didn’t show what was inside and there was no description, so I asked the employee what was in it. I was told, “I’m not sure, sorry.” It’s completely fine not to know—but what surprised me was that there was no attempt to find out or ask someone else, which would’ve helped both me and any customer after me who might ask the same question. I never got a follow-up response.

When I pulled up to the payment window, things felt even more off. The young man didn’t greet me at all—no “hi,” “hello,” or even eye contact. I handed over my card, still assuming he might say something when he returned it. Instead, he just stared at me silently. It was so awkward that I ended up saying “thank you,” hoping to prompt a response. He finally said “you’re welcome” and closed the window.

The only positive part of the whole visit was at the last window, where the girl handing out food was polite and wished me a great day. I appreciated that, though that really is the bare minimum of customer service.

Overall, this visit was disappointing and uncomfortable. I hope the store can address the customer service issues so future experiences are better for everyone.

NOT OPEN 24 HOURS, i pull up to the drive through around 3:30AM, they told me they are closed and will be open for breakfast in a few hours, but there was people inside the store.

What a mess! No ice in the machine, staff seems lost, and my order took more than 25 minutes to be ready (a basket of fries, and 1 Big Mac burger)

First time I've ever been to this location. I ordered through my mobile app. My order number was 1935.. I ordered a medium Sprite and a quarter pounder with cheese. I'm very disappointed first bite I took the burger was cold and still bloody in the middle yeah. I live in Georgetown and I've never had that happen to me in the Georgetown location. It was unedible. They were so busy that I think they didn't even give it time to cook like most places do when they're really busy. I wish I could post a pic but it doesn't give you that option.. so yeah my lunch was ruin thanks a lot McDonald's gattis School road..

They made my breakfast sandwiches wrong. When I went back manager made disturb faces. Asked employee to fix the sandwiches and still made them wrong.

Ordered on line and it took 45 minutes to get my order. I asked to speak to a manager and he walked past me to talk to his employees who were at the registers. He didn't seem like he wanted to talk to me. He was very unprofessional. I ask him how much longer and he told the associate to get my food and then went to the back and sat down and just looked at me, he never said anything else. I go to this McDonald's all the time and at different times. I have to admit this location has gone down and it takes forever to get your food. I will now go out of my way to go elsewhere. Sad to see this location go down hill.

Tried to over charge me and the girl at the window was rude and making fun of me not wearing my dentures and telling another employee while laughing . My burger had way too much sauce and I asked for honey mustard and the gave me ranch. Not pleased with this location. They were also out or Diet Dr Pepper when I asked. I believe you should treat people how you want to be treated.

Ice cream machine is always broken

I ordered a happy meal and they didn't add fries. I couldn't even come back to get my fries because I ordered off the screens and it didn't give me a receipt. Instead of offering to print my receipt they told me to listen out for my order number. They didn't even give me a bag for my TO GO order. Management was unhelpful, just stared at me like he didn't know what was going on and didn't get back to me about whether or not I would get the rest of my food. Workers had the worst attitude.

The morning drive thru needs another look. From order to finish 12 minutes. Not the greatest times for getting your hungry customers in and out to get to work on time. Food was Great Iced Coffe was nice.

Asked for a sweet tea but; gave me an unsweetend and, plus in top of that the tea looks crazy dark and, tasted like there was things in that unsweetened tea; does not taste like tea at all.
