Got here and one male at the front had just started making an online order of 3 pizzas. 3 mins into us being there the 2nd guy says he’s going on break all the while we are standing there watching the 1st guy make the online order. So the other guy goes on break I’m assuming and there ends up only being the 1st guy working left making the online order while we wait till he was done making them so we can finally order. Then they don’t listen. He asked if it was to eat here or to go. I said to eat here. He still packed it to go. Then he asked me if I wanted my dressing inside salad or on the side. I said inside. He gave it on the side. I asked for two protein. Only gave me one. This Mod pizza sucks. They don’t listen. I had to mix my dressing myself.

Pizza is great yet be very specific if you want a little more sauce for takeout orders. Good crust, cheese and toppings just need more sauce. To be clear we did request more sauce as an option on line on our 2nd takeout order yet it was the same minimalist amount we got the the 1st time. I’d still highly recommend the place.

While getting ready to have our pizzas made, we witnessed an employee go directly from handling trash to preparing food without washing his hands. He was about to put gloves on, and my husband had to ask him to wash his hands first. We spoke with the manager, who had been the one to redirect the employee from trash duty to food prep. The response we received was a brief apology, but there was no real acknowledgment of how concerning this was. Seeing this happen in front of customers, without hesitation, made us very uncomfortable. We decided to leave. If food safety matters to you, I’d think twice before coming here.

Pizza is average. Service is usually delayed and not very friendly.
Usually fantastic, I ordered pick up today and they didn't put on several toppings or put on the wrong topping. I'm assuming they were out of the ones I ordered :( I would have appreciated a note explaining what happened, but I understand how busy it can be.

I would like to give them a 5 star, but they're inconsistent. Most of the time my pizzas are amazing. But occasionally they're not made correctly. I'd say it's about 80/20% ratio of good to not. I'll also say this location is our go to. We live between this 1 and another location. The other location is a 3 star at best. So we exclusively choose this 1.

It was so good but every time I eat at this particular location I’m sick for 2 days. Not sure if it’s a cross contamination or cleanliness issue but I just can’t eat here anymore despite how good it is.
