I would compare this to a subway but for pizza. I did love the Lucy sunshine pizza. The prices were ok. The efficiency in ordering is weird. With one guy calling numbers and finishing with special sauces on top of the pizza, he forgot the pesto and I had to go back to get it.

Horrible service, 2 ladies had a horrible attitude and they were slamming pizzas on the oven with the worst attitude ever and ignored costumers, service was super slow, never coming back, also their prices are super high which aren’t even worth it, I paid 30$ for 1 pizza and 2 cookies.

Didn’t remotely give us what we ordered! Asked for a mod size create your own, and a small Greek salad. Man behind the counter then decided to get funky and freestyle our pizza! Not once asking us what toppings we wanted. Then the supervisor tried to tell him we couldn’t get the small size Greek salad. Where on the menu does it say that! Was not disclosed. Customer service abysmal. And then checkout still wants to auto ask for 18% tip. You’re joking

i ordered a simple maddy (cheese) pizza to go the other night and noticed 5 other separate people all gathered to wait for their food and i went to see if mine was ready, the girl at the oven asked for my name even looked at my ticket and said “i haven’t put it in yet just a few minutes” there were 7 other pizzas ahead that haven’t even been fired up. i sat and waited for 35 minutes, then everyone got their food… i was all by myself in the restaurant and the other guy manning the counter made eye contact with me and shut the oven off. not even a second to ask if i had been checked in with. i walk up and ask if there’s a order for me and they DIDNT EVEN MAKE IT THE ENTIRE TIME??? i was appalled and not even a coupon, free dessert or a “sorry” for the entire ordeal. so immature. and the pizza wasn’t even that good.

This place is going downhill. The last few times I have been here, they just put the pizza in the oven and don't turn it like they should. I order extra crispy and one side is cooked and the other is not. For this price they should serve much better pizza. Very disappointing lately....

Worst mod pizza service I have ever experienced. No one was putting the pizzas in the oven. Literally a stack of pizza waiting to be cooked. 2 female employee's seemed to be having issues with each other and didn't care at all about the customers that been waiting over 30 mins just to enjoy some pizza. Worst service and I will not be going to that location again.

Captain Nick provided exemplary customer service - doing a fantastic job running the front by himself. Nick is obviously well trained & experienced. There was a nice assortment of fresh pizza ingredients. Nick was noticably polite, patient & professional as he constructed 2 pizzas to my specifications. They were both very tasty & satisfying. I also got MODs rendition of a Ding Dong which is a great way to finish a meal. My one suggestion is in regards to their leafy salad ingredients looking a bit wilty. Ever tried having a mini fridge up front for ingredients best kept chilled? &/or an airtight container? That asside, I really enjoy MOD Pizza's pizza & will be back due to Nick's fantastic customer service.

I am a frequent customer of this store and I have never received such poor service as today. The pizza was made disastrously. The man spilled the garlic with his glove and placed the ingredients incorrectly. I will not return.
They dont know the meaning of fast pace, it took literally 30 minutes for one of the employees to build our pizza l,he was very slow and was looking across the board to see what ingredients it had then we had to wait another 30 minutes for the pizza to be baked and one of the pizzas was not fully cooked, so yeah I won't be going there again

Took almost 1 hour to make 2 pizzas, an hour before closing. We placed the order online and went at the ETA given. After waiting another 15-20min and after bringing it back home, they were both wrong and missing several toppings! It happens that ingredients run out but more than an hour before closing? Also, shouldn’t you say something to us when we pick it up that hey btw we have a lot of the toppings missing? Save yourself the hassle and pick somewhere else to get food, this place is not it.

I am a service industry worker so I totally understand what it is like to want to get out of work as soon as possible some nights. However there needs to be a certain standard that you have for your work that this particular location has been lacking the past couple of months . My husband picked up an order maybe 30 minutes before closing which isn’t really an unreasonable thing to do. When he got home with the food we setup to eat dinner and both of our pizzas were wrong. I order the same thing from here all the time so it’s already saved on the app but they added stuff to my pizza that I would never usually order. This happens sometimes so i’m fine with picking off some ingredients, but they put jalapeño that I did not ask for that just made the whole pizza spicy and terrible. Very disappointed in the lack of care put into the food recently. It’s no wonder mod is going bankrupt and so many locations are closing. :/
