First time in Mod pizza in Hutto. It probably will not be our last. It was a great experience. Never had a pizza this fresh. Soooo good.

The food is so inconsistent. We used to love it, we ate here several times per month. But the pizza is just bad in our opinion now. The cheese is gross, if we even get any cheese on our pizza. They either burned it or under cooked it. If we do not go in and watch them make it we will barely get any toppings and the pizza will begin about 2 inches from the edge... so mostly crust. And then half the time it isn't cut and toppings are missing. Sucks because we used to love it but it's just not good anymore.

Food was really good. I tried the cauliflower crust for the 1st time and the one detractor, for me is that it didn't get crispy as the regular crust does. It was really good, though..
So their food is great. I love that it's freshly baked in an oven. But they keep giving me little amounts of garlic and don't read my "special instructions" such as asking for extra pesto sauce cups. Normally they do, they just forgot this time around I guess it's ok but it just makes me a little disappointment.

The staff needs a lesson in customer service. No acknowledgement when you enter or stand in line. No "how may I help you". No eye contact when speaking to you. No thank you for your order, visiting, whatever. It appears they only know how to do one job and only do that while customers are lined up to the door. They also need to teach sanitary practices. Today the young man was making a pizza then left without saying a word to follow another employee to the back, pushed the door open with the same gloves he was using in the food, then went back and wasn't going to change his gloves after touching a door twice before he finished the pizza. Ridiculous! There was only soda's. The coke wasn't working and when I TRIED to tell the gentleman behind the counter by the pizza oven, he wouldn't even look up....i called out to him twice. RUDE! I guess I am going to start going out of my way and take my business to the one in Pflugerville. Much friendlier staff.

Very bad experience for us. It look like the kids were running the show. Standing around making customers wait well they were counting boxes so slow. We couldn’t believe it. I put extra crispy. It doesn’t even look like it was hardly done. Very disappointed. Very disappointed.

Extremely slow service. I ordered online and they didn’t put my pizza in until I inquired 10 mins after it was supposed to be ready. I won’t be back, apparently a lot of others had the same issue at this

It's MOD, so the food is great... when you actually get it. There's no separation of in person and online orders. I walked in about an hour before closing time with no line and THREE people behind the counter, and none of them so much as looked up to acknowledge my existence. I waited about 20 minutes before deciding to go eat elsewhere. I understand needing to take care of online orders, but surely ONE person can take the time to make ONE pizza for an in person customer? Their staffing is baffling too, having three people behind the counter that late and often two or only one during lunch rushes... yeah. You can imagine how that second one goes.If you want pizza here, just remember you have ZERO idea how long you might have to wait regardless of the physical line. That's all.
