First time ordering take out at the Hutto location and my mother received the worse customer service ever. She didn’t get the managers name working tonight but she was extremely rude and confrontational. She was making comments to the kitchen staff so my mom could hear her insulting words. I expected better from Gatti’s and I hope other people don’t experience this managers behavior.

Ordered xtra cheese they put my cheese on top of my toppings and told me that’s how they make it and she was th General manager of the store ! Horrible attitude!! Told me I would have to bring pizza back and they would make it again. I’m on my lunch break so I couldn’t . Only gave me 5 Parmesan for a whole large pizza !!! Never order from here EVER !!! Never again for me I’ll spend my money elsewhere !!

First time at this location. I must admit, the pizza was way better than what other locations I usually order from. The Hispanic guy was working by himself, and appreciated the communication. Pizza was on oan crust and was very crispy.
They should do a complete revamp of their pizza recipe because I cannot stand Domino's yet I think Domino's was better than this.

Anytime we have pizza left over in my house .. it means it was no good ! They love putting the thinnest layer of cheese on the cheese sticks, and boxing up burnt cheese ! The meat market pizza was pitiful ! And I had to put the apple dessert pizza back in the oven ! Just slimy dough ! I guess I should be thankful I got $10 off the large pizza. Also it would not let me attach pictures !
