I was really disappointed this time. I specifically asked for light sauce, but the pizza came with way too much sauce, which ruined it. They also forgot one of the toppings I ordered. The ranch was basically water and not good at all, and they never seem to have parmesan available. The only positive was the lady working there—she was very nice and polite. Unfortunately, the food quality just wasn’t there.

We’ve tried to give this location multiple chances but after this evenings order, we will be ordering from different pizza chain. In a past 3-4 months the quality of pizza hasn’t been great. The pizzas are consistently over done, dry and barely warm when they arrive to my door. Last week’s order took over an hour and half to receive, which was comped but the food wasn’t warm and pretty gross. I understand they sub their deliveries out to DoorDash but at the end of the day, my money went to Mr. Gattis so they are responsible for the lack of quality food they are giving out. Food prices are too high to receive below quality food. I would rather take my money to another restaurant that cares.

The night before Thanksgiving and they are swamped. My pizza was perfect. I watched a team stay calm and focused while customers were Unnecessarily being extremely disrespectful on the one of the busiest nights of the year. Great job team. We ordered 23 pizzas for a church event. One of the shop employees, Paris, realized that our delivery was going to be late due to scheduling. She proceeded to load up all 23 pizzas in her 2 door 2 seat Mazda Miata and get the order to us while the pizzas were still warm.
What a great way to show service and to improvise in a situation. I gave yall 5 stars because it would not let me give 6.

First time ordering take out at the Hutto location and my mother received the worse customer service ever. She didn’t get the managers name working tonight but she was extremely rude and confrontational. She was making comments to the kitchen staff so my mom could hear her insulting words. I expected better from Gatti’s and I hope other people don’t experience this managers behavior.
