Last time i went got food poisoning and one of the pieces of chicken seemed to have mold on it, this time i went again (such a terrible mistake) and my boyfriend got food poisoning almost worst than time. The food was room temperature, tasted old and worst, the lady in the window was weirdly rude.

Got in line at 9:10, and didn’t get my food until after 10 o’clock. They also lost my ticket. I had such a long day at work and wanted to go home and eat at a reasonable time. I’d go some where else but this is one of the only places open near home, which is 20 minutes away. Super upsetting.

Always in my experience, Panda has good food. Sometimes you get a server that doesn't give you as much as another. This wouldn't stop me from continuing to go here but it may prompt me to say something and ask them to put a little more rice or noodles. Clean lobby and bathroom here, and that's always a plus.

If you are around here, take a look at the rice pots, you will see that they have never been cleaned, otherwise normal.

Hi, order some food from panda the drive-through picked it up went home and looked at my food and it was nothing but peanuts and tomatoes no chicken spicy And I did not get no chicken three or four pieces and I paid over $30 for my meal. They ripped me off

Horrible experience! My husband told me someone laughed while taking his order saying " please don't go crazy on me with your order ." I didn't think much about that. Then both third entree were missing in our 3 entree plates . After calling the store both my husband and I. The "manager" would not provide me of her name nor of the name of her manager . I asked for a refund on a mistake, or a meal replaced on a big mistake from this location. Replied we could take the food back and get our entree, why as a customer would I have to do that on a mistake on your part. I know we are living in different times but no customer service at all? I know $1 here $1 there is no big deal. But if so reach into your own pocket. All I asked for was a refund on product not given on purchase...on top of that horrible customer service

Came at 10 am to the drive thru. They open at 9:30 am. I sat there for ten minutes and no one said anything over the speaker. No customers ahead and none inside but I saw the worker just sitting on their phone with their headset on by the drive thru window. Always rude. I am done with this panda.
