Ordered at kiosk and waited for my breakfast order to be fulfilled, morning of 12/24/25. Didn’t receive the cup for my order, and asked for one. I was handed a plastic medium cup with droplets of liquid on the inside—had been used for something prior. I stood at the front and waited to catch someone else’s eye to ask for a CLEAN cup. I had added a tip to my order and had no prior interaction with anyone there to get prompt this negative behavior by your employee. Order took a while, because staff were all talking to each other in the kitchen. Definitely not busy at all; an empty drive thru and I wasn’t even sure if they place was open when I went inside; only two other customers in the building. Meanwhile, my husband ordered a huge Chick-fil-A order in the drive thru next door and ended up waiting for me in the Panera parking lot because my experience took so long.

Not the Panera I’m accustomed to. And the tables at this location are ALWAYS DIRTY. It’s sad actually. I’m sure it’s a nice, profitable business, but the atmosphere leaves something to be desired.

Please being back horseradish! Find me any restaurant anywhere that serves a French Dip that does not have horseradish available I dare you. Also the cashier told me my credit card was declined even though it had funds and I used it right before and after this visit. I pointed this out to the cashier who then blamed the machine but I rarely see a CC machine show decline vs a read error such as invalid card if the CC actually has funds.

Great restaurant, but please change to original coffee canisters. Too slow and not the right taste.
Came here to get some studying in for the end of the semester and really enjoyed the overall experience. Staff was very kind and kept the place tidy from what I saw over the course of about seven hours. I ordered food twice over these seven hours and both times resulted in me getting my food very fast and it wasn't cold at all. The seating is limited, but as long as you don't come with a large group during lunchtime it shouldn't be an issue. Definitely smaller than other Paneras I've been to but far cleaner and better organized!

We all grew up with the good Paneras. The ones that had customer service, hot bread out front, fresh food with great taste. This one of those distopian future locations that removed any interaction with customers for a kiosk, dine in orders served in plastic and sub par food quality. The space is tight, cold with frail chairs. Even the coffee is on demand via an iPad interface (like your local gas station coffee). It’s not Panera as we knew it, it’s not the community gathering spot it once was known for. Just another fast food shack.
I wish the soup came in larger sizes.

The food should have been hot. They had a cheese cream instead of a nicely melted slice of provolone. The ham was not hot and the croissant did not taste toasted.

we ordered online however there was like 3 spoon fulls of the chicken noodle and the rest was broth, then the extra french baguette was stale and hard, the sandwiched had almost nothing in them just tastes mainly bread and the crème brûlée coffee didn’t have the whipped cream and the caramel bit toppings when we specifically added those. overall terrible experience with the new hutto panera.

The worst location and the slowest drive through service! It’s absolutely ridiculous! I know they just opened but they need to close this location down!

Panera is supposed to be cozy, the inside is small, bland and lacking and semblance of comfort or welcoming.
The food and service is rather average for a fast casual experience and I cannot say that I am surprised by the prices.

This was my first time ordering from the new location. I ordered delivery but the delivery person never arrived with my food nor would he answer the phone. I called Panera directly since I couldn’t get in touch with delivery and they immediately apologized and refunded the order even though the delivery person was from a third party and completely out of their control. The gentleman was so kind! He offered to remake the meal if I was able to pickup. Unfortunately, I am on crutches so I wasn’t able to, but just thought I’d shout the staff and business out for how they handled the situation! Will definitely be stopping by when I am able!
Ordered two spinach and bacon souffle for drive thru pick up around 6:30 am on a Saturday so it was not busy. When I got to where I was going, the souffles were just egg. Very disappointing. I wasn't going to be going home until late so couldn't go back for an exchange.
