Ordered at kiosk and waited for my breakfast order to be fulfilled, morning of 12/24/25. Didn’t receive the cup for my order, and asked for one. I was handed a plastic medium cup with droplets of liquid on the inside—had been used for something prior. I stood at the front and waited to catch someone else’s eye to ask for a CLEAN cup. I had added a tip to my order and had no prior interaction with anyone there to get prompt this negative behavior by your employee. Order...
Please being back horseradish! Find me any restaurant anywhere that serves a French Dip that does not have horseradish available I dare you. Also the cashier told me my credit card was declined even though it had funds and I used it right before and after this visit. I pointed this out to the cashier who then blamed the machine but I rarely see a CC machine show decline vs a read error such as invalid card if the CC actually has funds.
Came here to get some studying in for the end of the semester and really enjoyed the overall experience. Staff was very kind and kept the place tidy from what I saw over the course of about seven hours. I ordered food twice over these seven hours and both times resulted in me getting my food very fast and it wasn't cold at all. The seating is limited, but as long as you don't come with a large group during lunchtime it shouldn't be an issue. Definitely smaller than...
