What an incredibly disappointing experience at Papa Johns in Hutto,TX . I came in to pick up an online order today at 1 pm and tried to pay with a $50 bill, only to be met with a bad attitude from the employee,Krista. Instead of politely explaining their policy (if there even is one), she was rude and dismissive. To make matters worse, she outright lied and claimed they had just opened at 1 PM therefore could not make change because according to her,papa johns does not have customers who pay with cash. (they had been open since 9 AM.) After her huffing & puffing,she said she would check but she was certain she could not make change. She bent down to open the vault and had the AUDACITY to state "well,you're in luck" as she handed me my cash change. The receipt printed didn't even have the tender of $50.00 I gave her to pay. Discourteous,Uncivil,Inconsiderate,& Disrespectful are just a few words to describe this employee.

I expect honesty and respect when I spend my money somewhere, and this employee clearly does NOT care about customer service. DO better when offering someone a job. Clearly this individual should not be interacting with the public.

Ordered a delivery order from this location. It got delayed 4 times until they closed. Tried to call to get a status on my order and someone picked up and said "what's up?" I explained that my order hasn't been delivered yet and they said "oh I can't hear it's loud." Then called me back and hung up when I picked up. I am baffled as to how this place stays in business with this nonsense.

What I received versus what was advertised. Instead of boneless wings being tossed and covered in sauce, there was only slight drizzling atop of the wings. Also, I did not receive square cut as requested even though order label on box says “square cut”.

I ordered a large stuff crust, 24 bone in wings, and two 2 liter Pepsi's. Got the pizza stuff crust as ordered. Got the wings, where's the Pepsi's. Food that arrived was delicious.No cold Pepsi's to wash it down with. And when I called two see what was going on I wash told that door dash did not report it. That i would would have to call back in 30 minutes. That's a hard pill to swallow with out a Pepsi.

Ordered online. Husband went to pick up pizza. He doesn't have a cell phone so cannot access the app. We ordered last week with no problems but tonight he was completely ignored even though he was standing in front of the kid "working" the register. No explanation, no greeting, just totally ignored. This has always been our go to pizza but not anymore. If you are going to require customers to use the app, you need to give them a heads up that it's a requirement.

Placed an order online and after bringing home the pizza we noticed that none of the toppings we ordered were on the pizza, it was just cheese. When I called the store they said oh we don’t have toppings. When I asked her why they didn’t let us know when we came to pick up the pizza, she said she let the person know who was putting the order in the oven and that she did her job. This is now the third time we’re having issues with the workers and their customer service and food quality at this location. Never ordering from here again.

Placed an order ahead on the app. Was charged for it. Food never arrived. Call the store and the guy thought he put me on hold but didn’t so I could hear him talking crap and complaining before coming back to the phone. Was told I they can’t do anything and to call corporate. Corporate sends you to a “feedback” website. I will be contacting my bank Monday morning and disputing the charges. Terrible customer service all around.

What food? I ordered from PJ last night, carry out. Waited over 41/2 hours! Still nothing! RIDICULOUS! Called today, and I'm told the reason why is because Halloween is the busiest day. OK, if you don't want to sell pizza on Halloween, say that. But when you are counting on a business to feed your family, and this is the excuse...major fail!

From 30 to 45 minute delivery to over 2 hours later. Can't cancel the order online and they don't answer the phone of course. Won't order again

Update, someone answered and said the order was being boxed and on the way. Waited another 30 mins, just under 3 hours and the order was canceled. ??? wild business practices

My delivery order was cancelled and I have no idea why. I just saw a refund appear on my card. You should, at the very least, contact customers before flat out cancelling their order.

I definitely will not be ordering from the location anymore. The young lady working didn't come to help in the front for about five minutes. When she asked my name i told her. With my hand out to grab my order she put it on the counter, and pushed it towards me like I was gross or something. The employees need to be more respectful here.
