I always order in this store and everything has been excellent, except today. My order was incomplete, the Gallic Knots came 7 pieces in each order, it is supposed to be 8 units.

I haven’t ordered pizza for some time. This past weekend I wanted pizza so I ordered from Papa Jones. I must say it was a bad decision. I waited for over an hour for my pizza, and didn’t even know it had arrived until we went to open the door to just check. And there it was sitting by the door. Once I opened the box I couldn’t believe anyone would deliver a mess as this pizza was. I attached a pic of what Papa John’s delivered at my door. I would never order pizza from this place ever again.

I ordered a pizza online and made a mistake. Unfortunately the pizza crafters didn’t care and would not deliver my pizza. They did not answer my calls and I had to order another pizza upon the two I previously ordered. They refused to even answer the phone after I spoke to them the first time and I was not rude or disrespectful bc I have worked in the service industryThe female answering the phone was purposefully answering the phone and putting me on hold!I never received any response or communication

Every time we order the pizza is perfect! They make the pizza so fast. We usually pick up since the few times we asked for it delivered they took really long.

Super upset. Picked here because it said 45 mins. It said 10 minutes away and then my order was dropped and it said another 45 minutes. Called them and they said they had to DoorDash it and that person got mad the order wasn’t ready and cancelled. Ummmm why when they show up 40 mins after the order is it not ready?? Why offer delivery IF YOURE USING A THIRD PARTY and didn’t disclose that?! So now I’m forced to wait another hour for my food because it would be the same thing as starting all over again. No discount. No courtesy call. Nothing. Don’t worry they said my food would still be hot.. because it’s sitting under a heat lamp. Uhhh.

So we order pizza and wings tonight and we had not updated our new address in Hutto...my hubby texted them and even after delivering our order to the old address...the delivery person picked it back up and brought it to our new address !'m so impressed with their customer service !

Is this the best you can do? Take pride in what you do. Why would anyone cut a pizza like this? Do you want the smallest piece?
I've ordered both delivery and carry out and both experiences were great. They made my order on time, hot, and correct. They even had a super festive jack-o'-lantern pizza.

Pizza lost the taste it had. We loved getting the stuffed crust veggie pizza but recently it has not tasted the same. The crust is too big and takes up majority of the pizza space. And the taste isn’t what it was 3-4 months ago.

I ordered my pizza and asked repeatedly for ranch packets. I get the pizza and the pepper looked half eaten and I got zero ranch dressing!! I called the so-called manager and she was yelling at ME for being upset about not getting what I paid for. She even called me back just to talk AT me and tell me I wasn’t justified in my complaints. Wow. This little girl clearly hasn’t been taught vital social skills in her job. Super sad because I live down the street and that place is a do not repeat.
