The pizza we got was so thin it's laughable. It was just a normal large stuffed crust pizza (stuffed crust). Wasn't crispy or anything just weirdly thin, I don't know if the pictures really do it justice.
Toppings and all that were good and the cheesey stuff crust was yummy. But the pizza itself being so thin was weird. Not a fan of this location, hope it was a one-off but didn't really check any reviews beforehand.

Food was amazing! I orderedMy Hut Box for $7.00’s comes with a mini pizza you can choose your toppings (up to 2) and you can add fries or wings. The wings can be bone in or bone out. I ordered the fries. The ap said it would be about 15 min. I went through the drive though about 10 minutes and the food was READY! I was treated with a smile and food was hot! Eating the food was amazing!!!

I appreciate Crystal for taking our order 10 minutes before close, it saved dinner for our son (picky eater)! I like the ease of driving up to the pick-up window, Crystal & her co-workers were friendly to our fluffy white dog, and we did not feel rushed away. They didn't have the Large original pan pizza I ordered but happily substituted for two Mediums. I like that we can rely on this Hutto Pizza Hut location to make it right, on-time, and delicious. Thank you, Crystal!

Marissa and her female employee who's name slips my mind, were amazing. I'll be coming back to pizza hut more and more. Not just because they have great customer service but also because they are fast, efficient and the food came out perfect plus delicious. Can't wait to stop by again.

I’ve ordered from Pizza Hut before, but this time was a huge disappointment. The pizza was dry, the dough tasted different, and it even looked different from previous orders. The jalapeños tasted as if they were just placed on top after baking rather than cooked with the pizza. The pepperoni was the worst part—it tasted like rubber, and you could barely chew through it.
The biggest issue, however, was the poor customer service. I spoke to three different people, including the GM, and he was extremely rude. Instead of addressing my concerns, he outright refused to help, telling me, “I’m not gonna help,” when I mentioned the pizza was lukewarm instead of hot. His attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, which is what prompted me to leave this review.
I expect better quality food and customer service from a place like Pizza Hut. Very disappointing experience!
Wow... What a bummer. I've been a customer for over 30 years.....This relationship has ended. You folks need to read Farrell's book "Give Them The Pickle." I have a $15 order and was going to drive and eat. I asked for napkins and the young lady at the counter tells me it will be $1.07 for napkins????? Your business model is broken if you need to charge a guest $1.07 for 3-4 napkins. I've probably spent, on average, $500 year with you for 30 years...About 15K and you make the decision to charge me for 3-4 napkins... You have to be kidding me....Keep your napkins...This is a bad business practice.

HOWEVER, do not order a salad with croutons. They obviously pre-make their salads and refrigerate them ahead of time (easy meal prep for them). However this leads to soggy croutons. Ew.
