I have been ın this sturbucks for the first time . And there was an employee called Julio. He was so mean. He took the order wrong, i asked for iced peach green tea and they gave me iced green tea. when i told them it was a wrong order he was meanly said that I didn’t said peach. We had small arguement about it. And i had friend next to me and she also hear that i order right. He really need to be educated how to talk to a customer.

This store has the best reason of why I am a dedicated Starbucks fan! We were coming back from a looong road trip from San Antonio back to Dallas and we needed caffeine and a break. Jayden was the epitome of kindness to my crying 3 & 2 year olds! He was calm, kind and did whatever he could to get them to stop crying. He did what we couldn’t do for the previous hour. He is the reason why I am a repeat customer and looking into buying stock in the company too!! Thanks, Jayden!

I work in Hutto and have visited this Starbucks more times than I can count. Over the years, I’ve come to expect a consistent lack of warmth—no greetings, no smiles, not even a polite nod. I’d say “thank you” and get nothing but silence in return. I was starting to think I was invisible.
But today, Elise changed everything. She greeted me like I mattered, smiled like it was second nature, and was genuinely kind. After all this time, it turns out there was a kind soul behind the counter—it was just Elise, probably hiding in the back all this time like a mythical coffee unicorn.
Thank you, Elise, for being the rare gem in a sea of blank stares. You’ve given me hope… and also a reason to stop talking to myself at the counter.❤️😊

I place an online order and not Just my order is not ready. It tastes awful. The taste is not there! I came inside and first of all, they see me coming and nobody is asking me or come to me if I need anything. Second of all, they just have their headsets on talking to each other laughing about, I don't know what... instead they can just do their job and at least ask if I need anything. Terrible customer service.!

I bought 3 frappuccinos and they had no flavor. It's appears that they loaded the blender with a ton of ice and very little flavor ( no coffee, no caramel, no whip topping). Will definitely never go there again.
