Went there at lunch time, no one was in line at the drive through. It took several minutes for them to even acknowledge I was there. The woman who took my order and who was also at the window was extremely rude!
This is my second time to get drinks that were not good. The oatmilk shaken espresso I ordered was so sweet I couldn't drink it. I have had this drink several times from different Starbucks and love it but I couldn't drink this one last time it was a skinny vanilla latte. Not sure I'll visit this location again.

Still the worst Starbucks. Maybe it's not their fault they are always busy and the only one in town. But they love to get drinks wrong or forget to even make them - consistently. Like every time.
I come to this Starbucks a lot and the people here are usually always very friendly. I had an issues with my coffee, I probably didn’t say it the right way initially but I was wanting instead of the vanilla caramel swirl latte I wanted cold brew. When I came to the window it was wrong it was something completely different. I went in to get it fixed, and the guy was kinda rude about fixing it, kept trying to tell me things to keep the drink, and then he finally made it for me, and it wasn’t the best coffee. I have worked retail for 5 years and I understand it can be frustrating having people come up with problems all the time, but the very least be nice and try to help fix is all I’m asking. Idk if he was having a bad day or what, and I even said sorry and he said “thank you”.
They have not gotten my order right. First time I asked for a Trenta. Was charged for one and given a venti. Second time I asked for classic in my tea. It was on the sticker but not in my drink. Barista’s need to pay closer attention to what is printed on the sticker.

The coffee is outstanding, and the staff do their best to provide you with a customer and details oriented service. Yoy can go with your family, coworkers, friends, the atmosphere is great.

Extremely slow service in the drive through. Recently renovated but since renovation, drive through extremely slow. Doing this entire review while in line. Currently averaging 1 car every 8 minutes.
