Your signage says $6.99 meal deal for ANY 6" sub. The corporate website doubles down on exactly that, so why are we limited to the basic menu? I'll be calling corporate on this location. I suggest everyone else do the same

Staff is very rude and got the sandwich wrong even with us standing in front of them. Tried to be polite with staff and they just continued to either ignore us or brush us off. Other customers were nice and friendly, but the staff was just not in anyway good at customer service

Terrible place to work… starting pay sign says $15.00 they started me off at $13.00 then they made up an excuse why it’s like that. Managers make you not want to work there on my back about the simplest things it was like everything I did was wrong. Oh and everyone always gave me an attitude or some type of passive aggression … I was the only one doing dishes… they treat you differently. Now recently they said I can’t come into work because I called out to many times but I only been there for a month and haven’t called out. DONT WORK HERE!! (VOUCHING FOR MY BOYFRIEND THAT WORKS HERE)

Ordered 4 foot long subs online for pickup. Everything was ready when I arrived. All of the subs were made as ordered and tasted delicious.

I went in the store today wasn’t greeted at all the guy was making sandwiches I guess from online orders. He didn’t say not one word to me !!! The other two ppl were doing things in the back. They peeped around the corner still no one acknowledged me !!! So after 5 minutes of just standing there I just walked out !!! I will never go here ever again !!!!

Bread was hard and chewy and this location is more expensive than the location in north austin by an extra $2! $13 for a 6 inch sub and chips. Highway robbery for not so great food.

Refused to remake a sandwich after THEY messed up the order. I use to come here weekly but never again. Jersey Mike’s will be up soon thank goodness!!!
Ordered sandwiches to be delivered with beverages....beverages were not delivered. Restaurant refused to do anything about it.My order included a tuna sandwich with extra tuna but the sandwich arrived with almost no tuna it was just lettuce with a dab of tuna on one end so if you looked at the edge you would think it had tuna in it....but it did not. DON'T EAT HERE THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CHEAT CUSTOMERS ON THEIR SANDWICHES. SHAME ON THEM.

Grabbed a late night dinner option that was more healthy than the norm routine.I love subway. Theres multiple sandwich option are the best. Mix and match your options. You can't go wrong here, trust me. Staff is friendly and courteous. Keep up the great work
